Car was dirty at pickup. On drop off, attendant didn’t check us in or give us a receipt. Just yelled to leave the keys and we’ll get an email. Still haven’t gotten an email.Reviewed 19 May 2022

Pros:Cars in tallahassee location usually in decent condition.Cons:Pickup / drop-off awful. If theres rain, Avis/Budget requires customers to walk in the rain to terminal to return cars rather than have staff in return lot. Lines in parking lot trying to find a parkingspot(again need staff) and lines in terminal for returns. Enterprise/Alamo/Hertz had on-site stafReviewed 19 Aug. 2019

Destin drop off is weird.Pros:All that is needed is more direcrive signage telling renters to park in any spot, lock the car and bring the keys into the terminal.Cons:.Reviewed 6 Jul. 2018
