Car was dirty not what I was expecting and very expensive. The time of drop off there was no one there to give the keys the worker left on a emergency and I had to get in the plane one hour ahead it was awful the service.Reviewed 1 Apr. 2024

Bad condition- Not what we reserved onlinePros:NothingCons:At airport, told they don't carry cars shown online like the one we reserved. They had only one available which was banged up and a lower grade. Found out later it had bad brakes and a punchered tire that was patched; had a flat tire on the road because of the patch. No gas/not enough roomPros:The gentleman was niceCons:We picked up the rental car with only 1/8 of a tank of gas. First time visiting the area in a foreign country. We didn't know where the nearest gas station was and did not have foreign currency. We made it to the gas station on empty and luckily were able to use our credit card. The car was smaller than the description - barely fit our 4-piece luggage (twp-week stay). It had just been returned so it wasn't cleaned before we got it. To top it off, the charge on our credit card statement was over $70 more than what we were told and signed a contract for!Reviewed 10 Apr. 2017
