Pros: The best area to stay in Buenos Aires with walking distance to the big attractions. There is plenty of restaurants and cafés in the area. The hotel lies on a nice and quiet street. The breakfast was big and had a big variety, not just sweet things which is common in the argentinian breakfasts. It had some more healthy options like nuts and fruits. The coffee hade a strange taste but we got some complimentary americanos instead which tasted great. Cosy and spacious room. Very friendly staff.

Pros: The rooms here are excellent; smart and stylish with large, comfortable double beds. Everything is spotlessly clean and the hotel is very quiet. The breakfast buffet was very good and pretty well in line with what you would expect from a hotel of this standard. Staff are welcoming and friendly and keen to be of assistance. The location is very central in Buenos Aires, literally around the corner from the restaurants and shops of Lavalle, and it's just a 10 minute walk to the Terminal Madero for the airport shuttle bus.

Cons: Reception is fairly small and uninviting and is a bit of a let down for a hotel of this standard although they are clearly constrained by the parameters of the building.

Pros: We reached the Hotel on the first day of quarantine measures. The Reception team recommend us to rush for the airport. The best recommendation we could get. They ordered "the fastest taxi" of Buenos Aires. So we reache one hour (!) EZE before the last airplane of the day to Germany left - and we got the last two seats. Thanks to the fast reaction of the Reception team we are at home now, and not as many many other tourists lost in quaratine. Thanks so much for the super Reception team. We are very greatful and will stay at the Hotel on our next trip to BA.

Cons: For some facilities (like Swimming pool), one needs to go to sister hotel (20meters further in the road). The bathroom washing table is inside the room, this is not always convenient.

Cons: NH City needs a modern or renovation touch in our modest opinion. Comfortable but a bit pricey for the state of the facilities which are a bit oldish now vs other hotels in the same area are for the same price or less. Basically you will pay for the fact that it is a NH brand and where is located.
