I am making an official complaint. It was horrible. I turned up and the bed sheets still had marks on them! They clearly hadn't been cleaned. That is completely unacceptable and totaly disgusting. The breakfast was horrible, the scrambled egg I could only take one mouthful of cos it was so salty, you could see the crystals there was that much on it. Bacon and scrambled egg only also doesn't not consitute a cooked breakfast. My second day I actually went somewhere else for breakfast it was that bad. I also had numerous problems with the stupid key cards and had to have it replaced more than once cos I couldn't get into the room, whats wrong with a normal key!
Overall it was great value for money.
