Pros (+) Staff was exceptional, Room very nice, Good location not far from most everything that San Lucas has to offer. Bed is a full not a queen, on a major road to the downtown so it is noisy. Enjoyed an economy stay in Cabo in a comfortable and safe hotel.

Pros (+) They were the FRIENDLIEST HOTEL STAFF IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I travel constantly for business and it was so refreshing to travel for vacay and be met with such hospitality!!!

Pros (+) New, well-appointed spotless rooms with handy kitchenette. The staff was superb, always courteous and helpful. In-room safe and attentive staff made our vacation care-free with regards to the security of our personal items. Upper-floor rooms have nice morning light and views across the valley, toward the downtown and the sea.
Cons (-) The only drawbacks to this hotel were the location and a small amount of traffic noise from the street. It's a ten minute walk to the marina and the majority of Cabo's downtown restaurants and bars. This would make it a "quite" neighborhood except for the noisy cars that zoom about on nearby streets.

Pros (+) The staff service was wonderful. Everyone we met was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help you out with whatever you needed. The location is great, if you're willing to walk places. To the downtown / marina area, it probably took us around 10 minutes to walk. Walking to the beach was a little further, maybe about 20 minutes but we didn't mind at all. The location was safe and gave my ...
Cons (-) My only complaint was that the shower water did not stay hot for very long. I became a pro at 5 minute showers, as the water quickly turned cold before you got the shampoo out of your hair.
