Pickup and drop off were easy. At pickup, the agent said that they would email a copy of the contract. It never arrived. The car had some problems with starting. At one point, we thought we might be stranded miles from help with no cell service.

No one was at the desk on arrival. I was stuck until the next day. I left a note for them to call when they got in the next day to confirm they had my car. I received no communication. I will never use Avis again
