Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the ferry terminal, restaurants, and convenience stores. Many also appreciated the spacious rooms and friendly service from the staff. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with several reviewers mentioning issues such as strong odors, humidity, and lack of maintenance in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests noted problems with amenities like the pool and air conditioning. Overall, while the location and room size were highlights, cleanliness and upkeep need significant improvement.

Pros (+) Front desk availability
Cons (-) The complimentary breakfast was not truly available at the times set. The cleaning was below average as they only made the bed most and provided towels. It was visible that they didn't sweep as there was a huge dead cockroach on the kitchen floor during our 5 day stay and dirty dishes weren't washed or picked up from the dining table.
