Pros (+) Friendly Staff, great entertainment team, great night theatre shows, good pool, my son liked the mini kids club spending almost the whole day there. Beach and weather was awesome
Cons (-) Beds were uncomfortable at all unfortunately. Food at the main restaurant was repetitive and a bit low quality. Nonalcoholic drinks were low quality and no fresh juices or cocktails.

Pros (+) I haven’t been to many all inclusive but this one was awesome. And the staff was extremely friendly and the place was super clean!
Cons (-) The sea gulls were a bit annoying. That’s all I can really find at the moment, the place was perfect.

Pros (+) The food was excellent. My favorite part was the pool and the swim up bar. They have water volleyball and water basketball. There is always some sort of game going on at the pool area. Cons (-) I could hear everything going on in the next room. The rooms smelled very strong perfume odor. The woman at the front desk was rude. Not the best customer service but, ok for the price.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent! They were all very professional, kind, and courteous. Our room was very clean, the food was tasty.
Cons (-) I hated the fact that Internet was $17 U.S. Dollars for 24 hours! It was supposed to be free! Everyone everywhere wanted/asked for tips.
