Cons: I ordered a midsize and got an economy. They admitted that midsize and economy rentals are always given the same car, even though you pay more for a midsize. The car really smelled bad on the inside and was covered in dents and scratches. This made the amount I paid seem very unreasonable. I live in Haiti and I know how challenging things can be here, but honestly, this experience was very disappointing. Particularly that I paid so much, only to get a economy car that was damaged, and dirty.

Cons: Rental ended up costing $548 instead $296 Plus $1000 + for deposit. I wish the quote on kayak was more realistic.
