Pros (+) Nothing. Place is a dump. Smells very bad. They did refund my money which was very much appreciated.
Cons (-) No hot water, smelled bad, very run down. Carpets were filthy. Air Filters were clogged. Heater did not work. What a mess

Pros (+) Parking was great. Receptionist was nice. Room was spacious. View was great. Place was well stocked
Cons (-) It would have been nice to return to a clean room on our second day. We were gone the whole morning and no one had come to make our beds or replace our towels. Since our stay was only two night it greatly effected our overall experience and value for our money.
