Very beautiful garden ,nice views, Tranquility with style. Also it’s still a high class family hotel! A lot of upper class hotels in Antigua are boring “adults only” hotels in the meanwhile . So,even when i‘m alone travelling ,I would prefer such a normal nice atmosphere. Breakfast was very good!
At the front desk ,Alicia was incompetent and unfriendly. When I asked for a room ,she told me ,the hotel is full. I used wifi from the hotel to book than my room there via booking com... Afterwards she let me obviously waiting a long time until I got the room. When I asked her if there is a welcome drink offer ,like usually everywhere in Antigua ,she told me „off course“ But she didn’t do anything,that i get something to drink... Kind of rude!
