It raining and so I finally gave up and went to the front desk at 5pm and asked if our room was ready yet. Turns out it had been ready for 1.5 hrs and no one had called us. Pros (+) We had our twin toddlers with us and the staff was very accommodating. The valet team, Bell service, room service staff and restaurant staff were all amazing and very good with them.
