Don't be put off by outward appearances. Inside this hotel is clean, functional and comfortable. We stayed in the 3 star Hotel which sits on the 4th floor above the Budget Ibis Hotel. All the staff I met were friendly, polite and helpful, all spoke English to some extent and were very patient with my very limited knowledge of French. Cons (-) Strong smell of cigaret in my non smoking room . The bed was smelling cigaret too so not sure if the room was cleaned before . No air con so it was very warm inside the room . The window was facing the south circular so it was very noisy .
