Pros: The modern design, The soap :-), the pillows
Cons: the rooms were a bit small ...
Pros: Nice hotel and very close to the airport. I will definitely stay there again.
Pros: Great experience in a very modern facility... something different than other hotels. Too bad I spend only one night!
Cons: Room too hot for sleeping
Pros: Very nice and cosy place !
Pros: Great location, excellent bed, very friendly staff, technology all worked.
Cons: I wouldn't want to stay for multiple nights. It is too small for that. It is perfect for a one night stop over when catching a flight the next morning.
Pros: The hotel is very pleasant to stay with a different flair than the traditional chain hotels I stay at for business travel. Very convenient location for flying out of CDG in the morning; easy check-in and check-out with use of technology. Rooms are small but very well laid out and comfortable. Bar, dinner an breakfast are of good quality with many options and good service. Room entertainment options are great.
Pros: I liked the location and the staff were very nice, breakfast was very expensive but good.
Cons: The room was not clean - there was splatter from the previous guests in the room, the shower had not been thoroughly cleaned, there was no hand soap in the room. The electronic drapes did not work either - this was a bit let down and I am expecting a partial refund for these issues.
Pros: The bedroom, very functional and comfortable except for the heating controls (see below). Good food and selection of drinks in the bar/restaurant. Up to date very easy check in and check out, and fantastic staff.
Cons: The noise in the public rooms, music is very subjective and if annoying the sound level was too high. The music was both annoying and too loud. The temperature controls in the guest rooms were not that controllable. It is winter apparently and the outside temperature was below 10 degC, it seemed impossible to drop the bedroom temperature below 18 deg C. Roissypole is a concrete desert
Pros: Price location
Pros: Service from the staff , very helpful ! Room is neat and tidy
Cons: The toilet is a bit too small
Cons: Beautiful modern take on the hotel
When you stay at Nomad Hotel Roissy CDG in Le Mesnil-Amelot, you'll be near the airport, within a 15-minute drive of Parc Asterix and Aeroville Shopping Center. Featured amenities include a business center, express check-in, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary at scheduled times.
Pros: I always chose this hotel because it is closed to the airport, it is "easy", perfect match between price and location.
Cons: This time my room was dirty. Spidernets, dirty dirty dirty. A pity. I cleaned myself as I don't like to stay in a dirty place. And I reported it to the responsible in the lobby.
Pros: Efficient, modern, clean and an excellent staff.
Pros: Close to airport at a good price
Cons: All good
Pros: Loved the tech and modern design. Shower was wonderful as well!
Cons: Hotel is very efficient, so do not expected much space.
Pros: The friendly, helpful staff. Unusual rooms with a wonderful shower. Eco friendly too.
Pros: Staff were excellent, comfortable rooms.
Cons: The only small complaint I had is about the lights coming in from the windows. It was soooo bright, really needs black out blinds
Pros: Very modern hotel, warm and accommodating. Never heard any outside noise eg airplanes. The staff were very helpful and pleasant nothing was to much trouble for them. The shuttle bus is a fab asset to the hotel and its regular runs to and from the airport ensure your never waiting about to long.
Cons: The price of the beer and food was expensive €7.00 for a beer?
Pros: Close to the airport and free shuttle
Cons: Their iPad that controls the rooms was hard to use. I don't know if it was a real iPad... didn't seem like it. I asked for a wake up call and they told me to set it on my room-provided iPad which didn't work. I stuck with the iPhone alarm I already had set and let go of a back-up alarm. The room was small and tight to open my suitcase. The shower was high tech, meaning I couldn't figure out how to turn on only the shower heads I wanted, as I didn't want to get my hair wet. It felt like it was designed by engineers and lacked some ease of use for people who have different styles of seeing things.
Pros: Clean, friendly staff and overall great place to stay. I highly recommend
Pros: Looked like the room was designed by IKEA-our favorite store. Modular Furniture was great-move to suit your preference. The tablet controller gave us no problem and the shower was fun with its many spray options. Both dinner and breakfast were well presented and tasty.
Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Pros: Great high tech modern hotel. It was interesting using a tablet to control everything in the room but was easy to use. Bed was comfortable & shower was huge. I stayed one night to catch a flight the next day. The free shuttle was great. They have a buffet or snacks. Room was clean & quiet.
Cons: I bought a snack & the breakfast buffet. Food wasn't very good so I'd suggest bringing your own snacks.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was good in the restaurant.
Cons: Location wasn’t the best, small town nearby with a couple food options but hard to get anywhere without a car.
Pros: The beds and the pillows blankets were fantastically comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was a rip off. There's nothing around this hotel but industrial buildings, so it forces you to eat at the restaurant. It was €20 per person for breakfast. My wife elected not to get the breakfast. However, she had one of my croissants and a drink of my orange juice and the staff, who was watching everybody like intrusive babysitters, required her to then purchase an entire breakfast since she had a croissant. Off of my plate.
Pros: The staff were very pleasant and helpful, Breakfast was Excellent, shuttle service was great, I would stay there again. Thank you Ali Hatoum
Pros: The location is great
Cons: We have stayed here in the past. It was never great, but was at least clean and convenient. This hotel needs a major renovation. missing tile in bathroom, mildew, electrical outlets covered with tape, lights burned out or not working, extremely slow drain in sink.
Pros: Staff in reception were very friendly
Pros: Staff was flexible with changing dates.
Cons: Remote location, yet expensive parking.
Pros: Good selection.
Cons: Dinner Chicken coconut green curry one of the worst meals I’ve ever had in a hotel. No resemblance at all to the Thai dish. Long wait to check in. Not easy internet access once in room which is ridiculous in this day and age!!!
Pros: Very modern property, well kept and very clean. We thought it was closer to the airport but it’s actually 10 mins away by car, but there is a shuttle service which is good. Staff were friendly and very helpful! The check in desk and the kitchen and bar personnel were great! Dinner was also very good and reasonably priced.
Pros: The restaurant is excellent
Pros: Outstanding staff, efficient, polite and helpful Perfectly sited close to the airport , within 10 minutes with hotel shuttle Reasonable prices Great breakfast buffet
Pros: The staff are top notch, breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms have always been very comfortable and well furnished. There is a large garden in the back of the property, spacious seating options, a gorgeous piano, welcoming bar are and fantastic shuttle service. My favorite airport hotel for this location.
Cons: The pool and spa facilities are temporarily down due to remodeling, but this was known in advance.
Pros: The hotel was new and modern. Breakfast was good but a little sparse (could have been the time we went to eat as well). The room was nice but the sofa bed for our kids was very uncomfortable.
Cons: There are two Courtyard properties at CDG and the taxi driver took us to the wrong one (at midnight). It's not the hotels fault but something you should be aware of if booking this hotel - make sure you go to the right one!
Welcome to Holiday Inn Express Paris CDG, at the heart of the airport. Our 305 rooms are waiting for you with complimentary breakfast and free Wi-Fi. The brand new hotel is located near Terminal 1 at Paris CDG airport. It is only a few steps from the free shuttle CDGVAL serving all terminals, as well as the TGV station and the Rer B line for connections to Paris. Only 5 minutes from the Highway A1, the hotel is close to the Villepinte Exhibition Center and Le Bourget. This is an ideal stop to visit Parc Asterix, Disneyland® or Chantilly Castle, while the shopping center Aéroville just 2km away will entice shopping lovers.
Pros: Clean and comfy, the soundproofing is great.
Cons: The snacks and beverages are over pricy
Pros: Very easy to find. Check in was quick and simple and the rooms lovely and clean.
Cons: Beds were a little hard but other than that. I can’t fault it
Pros: Excellent compare to other hotels from same segment in cdg platform.
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms and great break fast.
Pros: Location great for early a.m. departure; close to RER B train for downtown Paris visit. Clean, modern
Pros: Location to CDG airport and shuttle to airport.
Cons: Room had to be changed as there was no hot water in room. Thought upgrade would have been given due to inconvenience of having to change rooms at 10 PM. Breakfast selection good. Eggs cold, croissants obviously packaged.
Cons: No computer/ printer to print out boarding pass
Pros: Convenient location.
Pros: Good location if you plan to flight out next day, it’s a little bit far away from central of Paris. Breakfast is great start at 6:00 am thru 11:00 am. Walking about 250~300 feet to the shuttle terminal then riding it into airport takes about 2~3 mi
Cons: Driving in & out of hotel is a little tricky, there are not enough signs to show the entrance and an exit.
Pros: The convenience to the airport.
Cons: It was VERY basic. We had just come from staying at a Hilton and Marriott - both were much, much nicer.
Pros: How close it is to the airport ... that's about it.
Cons: The ac unit was not working properly so the room was extremely hot. The WiFi signal was horrible and kept disconnecting every 5 minutes. There Were not many food options either.
Hotel Pullman Roissy CDG Airport is the must-see high-end stopover in north Paris in the heart of France's main airport. Travelers enjoy the unique relaxation area with a 20m long swimming pool, sauna and fitness center. The Culinaire Bazaar restaurant opens onto a terrace where the Crystal Bar is located in winter, an ephemeral winter bubble. Bathed in daylight in view of the runways, the seminar areas attract business travelers.
Pros: The breakfast was really good.
Cons: The dinner is a little bit salty. Maybe the reception can be more efficient since we wait quite a long time to check in.
Pros: friendly, helpful lobby staff check-in clerk took us directly to room.
Cons: no place to unload vehicle on arrival. 10 minutes to circle back to parking garage. then found remote space, carried luggage through confusing hallways to tiny elevator, then 200 meters to lobby checkin desk. Horrible, frustrating experience after 4 hour drive. Restaurant service was awful. 20 minutes to get everyone's drink orders taken and corrected. Never an offer to refill water or wine. another hour to get entrees. - arrived cold and congealed. fire alarm at 4AM disturbed us- no notification as to whether it was real or a prank. 15 minutes to turn it off.
Pros: Family suite was beautiful to behold and to inhabit. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, and warm modern French design. Wish I had stayed more than one night!
Pros: Excellent restaurant downstairs. Very helpful staff, accommodated our special needs. Watched urban beekeepers from the window. Excellent proximity to airport and SNCF trains without noise or crowds.
Cons: Staff in restaurant were a bit overly friendly with our kids, making us uncomfortable. Perhaps asking for a hug from children you just met seconds before is culturally ok there but it seemed a violation of privacy to us.
Pros: Location was perfect for our early flight Thes had available rooms on short notice as we needed accommodation due to flight cancellation The bed comfy Shower water pressure excellent The room has a good size
Pros: It is an airport property, so I wasn't expecting much character, but it is really a quite lovely. The lobby is both functional and visually pleasing, the rooms are extremely well thought out, the food was very good and they have a marvelous pool.
Pros: The staff were fabulous! The gentleman who checked us in, Mathieu was friendly, helpful and efficient. The hostess of the restaurant Alicia (from Strausbourg) was very sweet and got us seated right away and we didn't even have reservations. Our waitress Sarah served us our food and just when we were out of bread she slipped it onto our table--without us having to ask! Also since I speak French all the staff spoke French back to me and that feels so good. Of course my French has an English accent but it's wonderful to have them speak French to me. I don't like it when people just start speaking English to me just because they hear a little English accent.
Cons: My boyfriend didn't like the fact that the shower didn't have a complete closure but I explained to him that that is how French showers are and you might get a little water on the floor but no worries. To me this is not a problem but to him it kind of freaked him out. He rarely travels in Europe..LOL
5 floors, 186 rooms 8 conference rooms Check-in: from 3 pm, Check-out: till 12 pm 145 parking spaces in our private underground car park Public transport: airport shuttle close to the hotel Restaurant & Bar & Lounge in the hotel Free and premium WIFI available Take it easy: Breakfast with more time for relaxation every Sunday and bank holiday until 10.30 am and free late check out until 3 pm Desk, telephone, in-room safe, fridge, 42-inch flat-screen TV, air conditioning, hair dryer and bath amenities in every room Copy machine and fax available Room adapted for disabled use
Pros: Clean room
Cons: The website says there is a pool. There is no pool. This is why we booked. We asked for a crib for our baby and they left a broken one which they knew about, as we inquired about it and they said it was all they had.
Pros: The comfort. The interior design of the room, nice facilities. Had a much needed good night of sleep on the comfy sheet and bed.
Cons: The fact that the hotel charges a security deposit upon checking in. Personally speaking, I find it annoying. Only my personal opinion, I understand their standpoint but this act is simply annoying. Sorry. Didn't like the bar on the ground floor right at the entrance where the reception desk is located, very confusing for first time visitor/traveler
Pros: Fabulous decor of the entrance, lobby and other amenities - very retro, eye catching. Creates a lovely cosy ambience with fireplace and leather sofas. In the evening the lobby becomes vibrant with guests enjoying a drink or snack The room decor and setting was modern chic that we personally love. The view we were given faced towards the hotel garden patio which was better than facing the street with other hotels. The toilet and shower were great with white subway tiles and black accessories Overall the entire place was charming as were the staff helpful and diligent.
Cons: Driveway- often blocked by cars making the drop off a little further which would be fine if the weather is warmer but during our visit with rain wind and a baby it felt like an obstacle The room we were given was far from the elevator and with carpeting in the hallway it was a challenge to move luggage and stroller - this is a personal concern. I'm sure other guests would not have an issue with this The black line bus that takes you for free from CDG makes this hotel the 2nd last stop - so be prepared to wait till your turn comes after other guests are dropped or picked up from other hotels
Pros: Smart hotel with nice atmosphere. We stayed in the penta in prague and overall prague was a better more pleasant hotel with no extra charges and staff happy to help
Cons: Pillows very flat, felt like it was a big problem if we had to ask the staff a question or order a drink. We felt through booking.com we paid all taxes but when we arrived at the hotel was charged with city tax per night. Get water from the gym as it's around 6 euros in the hotel
Pros: Check-in was fast and easy, no problems at all. The staff was very kind and helpfull with everything. Food was good, but a little bit pricey. Bought a burger for 20 euro and 1 liter of water for 8 euro.
Cons: Only thing I can complain about is the damages in the room, someone have punched a hole in the wall and the stains on the floor, otherwise all good.
Pros: Well placed hotel, good security, 24 hr reception, easily accesible from the airport CDG (Black line), excellent stylish interior decoration with a large and spacious room. Excellent bar and restaurant with a cheerfull, helpful, multi-lingual staff -(Loubna,Jeffrey,Soufien,Yasmine and Djem). Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: Evacuation of water in the showers should be improved.
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel in general awesome. Breakfast, Restaurant and Cocktailbar perfect!

Pros: This is not a 5 âï¸ hotel. It's ok for one night sleep. The front desk looks like any no star hotels. Breakfast over priced. It was my first and last time at that hotel.
Cons: You should change the star âï¸ category for that hotel on your website.
Pros: Clean and convenient airport hotel.
Cons: Mattress was soft.
Pros: Large room, comfortable bed and free airport shuttle.
Cons: Expensive breakfast option
Pros: Great room
Cons: Reception could be friendlier
Pros: Parking was excellent
Pros: Flew from Australia on Cathay and collected car from Renault. This hotel hit the spot - slept well and had a very good breakfast. The staff called us a cab with great efficiency. Overall a good experience. Will use again.
Cons: Had to find dinner at another sister hotel a walk away.
Pros: Convenient location, separate tub and shower in bathroom
Cons: Staff could be more courteous and helpful.
Pros: Located a short shuttle ride from the airport-perfect first stop after an international flight!
Cons: All good!
Pros: The only good things were the gummy treats in a jar at check in and the fact that the rooms were suites and had a couch bed for our daughter to sleep in.
Cons: The bathrooms were horrible. They were like stepping up (literally) into a trailer park bathroom. The bathroom were all plastic and smelled like a porta-potty. It was shocking and smelled so gross. The room smelled so badly of smoke as well.
Pros: The room.
Cons: That breakfast was not included
Pros: Nothing to like.
Cons: Not as advertised at all not even 1 star.
Pros: The family suite had plenty of space and sleeping accommodations.
Cons: Our flight was 2 hours late and there were very few food options (microwave only). There weren't food options at the other hotels nearby at 22:30 While looking for other food options, other hotels nearby had better lobbies for kids (foosball, ping pon

Pros: The beds were great and the staff were helpful
Cons: Our bathroom smelled like sewage. We had two rooms and the balcony door on the one would close. Our issue was it was a shared balcony with another room. So after calling for assistance and nothing be resolved, we had to jimmy the door ourselves and make sure we ran the shower alot to keep the smell down.
Pros: Breakfast, SPA, Room
Cons: Military wake up at 8:00 AM because of the alarm :)
Pros: Great family suite - delicious dinner in bar and generous breakfast the next morning, with lots of choice. Staff were outstanding and took very good care of us - especially Karen Bujes.
Pros: Had an amazing time :))) and experience :)) great staff. I had to give a good for location only reason because it is not in city but!!!!! Shuttle leaves Hotel like every 45 min to train station literally 20 min from Main City I would do it all over again with Relais Hotel ! Beds were super comfortable!!! Amazing rooms, clean, pool and facilities amazing!!!!!! Free water in rooms :)))))) shower and bathroom really good!
Pros: Food in the Restaurant was great. Ambiance is good, Place is quiet. Friendly staff, a good place to relax at the Spa. Rooms are clean. Wifi is good.
Cons: Parking is a bit pricey and when you're a little bit late there's no more space to park the car.
Cons: breakfast very expensive mainly if you eat only a continental breakfast, bar staff very bad service, cleaning of the room not good , massage not good the therapist did have a good experience and for what we pay should be more professional and good.
Cons: spa , the therapist do not have good experience , and there are only one therefore during the show all hours are busy. not good, I think need to be improve a lot. room are quite old and not renew service of the bar disappointing , very long time to wait the order , not enough waiters and without experience. breakfast the waiters do not serve the espresso o capuccino but you need to take from the machine that is not nice at all!
Pros: big bed. the room had nice furniture. very nice pool and spa area.
Cons: room shower smelled mouldy.
See hotel page Ideally located near Roissy Charles de Gaulle airport and Paris, The Originals City, Hotel Acadie, Centro de de Exposiciones de Pars Villepinte has set out to become a focal point of exchange and discussion. Patricia Guitoger has turned her wish to transform each stay into an unforgettable memory into a genuine credo by providing a warm welcome and customised service. In each of the hotel's 83 rooms, guests feel at home and can easily fall into their normal habits.
Pros: the dinner menus are of very good value and quality is decent parking is easy. Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast was super value and offered a very good variety relative to hits price.
Cons: My bed sheets were dirty. Toilet seat on the toilet was not secure.
Pros: Wifi Breakfast
Cons: Given a small room in a very old looking area of the hotel veven though we requested a double room Had to change sides of the hotel to the new looking area.
Pros: Great service, great location and comfortable place to stay.
Pros: Evening reception host was pleasant and helpful. Although his English was limited, he was very accommodating when I had questions. Guests seemed to appreciate happy hour in lobby area. I didn't hang out but it was always lively. Mojitos were perfect and evening host was gracious. Lots of seating to sit around and socialize with guests inside and out.
Cons: Getting Around: The shuttle service was not readily offered. I inquired at the front desk, about how to get to the train to get to Paris. A man, who talked as though he was the owner of the establishment, told me how to get to the bus was until I mentioned reading there was a shuttle. This same man then told me he would take me to the train station and took me in a passenger van. Morning of my departure, receptionist informed me that shuttle would take me to the airport. We left late (20 minutes after 8 am) and I was told shuttle only takes guests to train station, not the airport. (same man as before) I was dropped off at different station than I was taken to previously. (Exposition vs. Vert-Galant) which caused some confusion and delay in my getting to the airport. Assistance: Reception desk closed early on weekends and there was no instruction on who to see for assistance. Room Details: Room was stuffy. (late September) No air conditioning so had to sleep with door open. (there were no windows) First floor room opened to parking lot. Cars parked so close, I could reach out and touch it. Traveling alone and sleeping with the door open where someone could simply walk into your room is a little unsettling. Giant picture of woman on the door, directly facing the bed and seemingly blocking the exit from the room is creepy. Startled me a few times as I caught the image in my peripheral vision and I thought someone had entered my room and was standing there staring at me.
Pros: The service and attention from the staff is exceptional here and the restaurant food is absolutely delicious. A surprisingly unusual boutique style hotel located in an industrial estate with a convenient shuttle to the conference park. Small, comfortable rooms. The service was definitely 5 star and the Christmas decorations were delightful!
Cons: Rooms a little on the small size.
Pros: the bed was very comfy, the staff goes out of their way to be helpful and courteous. Our luggage was mishandled by the airline and the staff made sure we had what we needed until bags arrived.
Cons: breakfast could offer a warmer selection...I was hoping for a more intimate French cuisine experience at dinner for apps like cheese, salami, ect.
Pros: Service friendly
Cons: The hotel does not have air conditioner, so we need to open the window at night. Many insects. Traveling is not convenient, you need to call uber to go to the nearest train station. The party on Saturday night lasted until 3:30 in the morning, and our room was next to the party, it was impossible to fall asleep.

Pros: It’s location. The beds are comfy.
Cons: It’s expensive for what it is. The restaurants close fairly early for an airport hotel (we arrived at 10.30pm and there was no food available)
Pros: Proximity of my departure gate, food is ok , silent, beds are comfortable free WiFi
Cons: Price varies but can be be high,
Pros: Everything is great except that it is a little cold in the room.
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: I ordered breakfast to be delivered between 6:15-6:30. Especially important while trying to get 2 little ones ready to leave by 7. Still no show by 7:45. I called and It turned out our breakfast order was never picked up so it finally arrived around 7.
Pros: Location and service
Pros: The room and bed were very comfortable. The hotel and room were clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The convenience to the airport is excellent. Also the hotel restaurant was very good. The food and service was excellent.
Pros: hotel at airport
Cons: Price and options
Cons: The room needs power outlets, USB jacks or something close to the bed.
Pros: Excellent facilities and service
Pros: I like the insuperable location, very easy to reach if you arrive at terminal 2.
Cons: I really disliked a person from the staff knocking on my door and opening it without my consent early in the morning to remove my dinner tray and take it back to the restaurant .I was in desperate need of sleep and that is why I payed 240 dollars for my night stay before connecting to another transcontinental flight. I do not consider that my forgetting to place the "Non disturb" card allows this type of conduct especially for such a trivial matter in a hotel that serves tired passengers in need of sleep
Pros: Great location

Pros: Location, staff, comfortable bed and pillows and good bar food.
Cons: Heard other guests talking in their rooms throughout the night.
Pros: Location and the shuttle to the airport. Marriott is our first choice usually.
Cons: Entry to our room had a wood edge that was hard to roll our suitcases over. Minor complaint.
Pros: The concierge was extremely helpful.
Cons: Room service. We had to wait over an hour and a half for simple food items.
Pros: Food was better than expected Staff was great
Cons: No WiFi service. Hard to believe in this day and age. Really put a damper on an otherwise very good experience
Pros: Clean, restaurant
Cons: Walking distance from gates to the hotel shuttle, no help for elder people, early morning transfer from hotel to airport
Pros: I was not a fan of this hotel being a Life Time Platium Marriott member I think the staff and management team should be a little more professional and focus on customer service.
Cons: They should not be vacuuming the ducks while guests are having dinner in the restaurant nor should they be changing burnt light bulbs over you when one is eating, this is very insulting and non hygienic. very poor management skills
Pros: The service was great and the room was lovely.
Pros: Close airport. Shuttle was very slow. Staff was very friendly but there was no follow through. Paid extra for Executive Level and was very disappointed.
Pros: I liked the restaurant and bar service.
Cons: I didn't like the doorman. He was curt and had a dour face.
Pros: Ate dinner there and it was good.
Cons: Everything was fine except I did not get my Marriott points. The desk clerk said he could not find my number. When I contacted Marriot to see if I could get my points, they said I needed a receipt which I did not get.
Pros: Close proximity to the airport with shuttle service
Cons: The breakfast was overpriced (30 Euro) what was provided, which was a minimal buffet. The dinner service was substandard with a 30 minute wait to receive a fresh fruit dessert. The dessert was half water
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: There was no hot water. When we called the staff said that the tanks was empty and there was nothing they could do about it. It was bedtime so I took a COLD shower, but my daughter didn't want to take a cold shower so she went to bed dirty.
Enjoy our comfortable, soundproofed rooms including buffet breakfast and light-speed WIFI throughout. We strongly recommend dining at Foody's Planet, where our Princess Leias and Han Solos will welcome you to the restaurant and our chef Darth Julien and his Storm Troopers look forward to taking you on a food journey round the world. Our hotel is a unique base for your holidays, business trips or simply a visit to the lounge.
Pros: Great location at CDG airport. Short walk to terminal 3 with free shuttles to the other terminals. The included breakfast had plenty of options, and quality was good. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and quiet.
Pros: Location, modern, clean, friendly staff, decent food.
Pros: Room was spacious and clean, bed very comfortable. Location right of terminal 1-3 so no need for hotel shuttle. Breakfast was included in the room proce and it contained everything from croissants to cold cuts, muesli, yogurt, good coffee and fresh orange juice - all except hot plates. Everything was very fresh amd tasty.
Cons: Hotel is either understaffed or people working there are don't know what they are doing/ bad management...? Two nights we stayed there downstairs was overloaded with guests waiting to be checked...checking in was taking forever. Because we had two bookings we had to validate our key after the first night (found out about it when we got to our 9th floor to get back again). Breakfast...like stated in positives was fresh and rich but completely disorganized. The eating area looked like wild bulls just ran through it... there were trays with dirty dishes everywhere: tables, chairs, dish carts...even on the FLOOR- never seen anything like it. I even recorded a video - because no one would believe me... Staff was wondering around all this mess worried more about crumbs on the table...that view was shocking. Overall very mixed feeling about our stay
Pros: Easy access to airport terminals. Lobby was nice and the food they sell at the lobby is pretty good. Microwave available. Spacious room. Room was also immaculate, minimalistic. Extra pillows were given. The bathroom is clean.
Cons: The room was too dark, the lighting was lacking. The shower needs a curtain because water gets everywhere. Need thicker towels and mat for the bathroom. We felt like we just couldnt get dry. Was only given plastic cups in the room, but they made it up with the cups and microwave at the lobby for guest needs. Bathroom vent needs dusting or vacuuming. The window in the room cant be opened, so the room is a little stuffy but still cozy.
Pros: The view from my room was amazing especially on sunrise and sunset. I requested a room with a view on the terminals and they gave me what I want. The room was clean, organized and not so small. The location is perfect facing the station.
Cons: They had a technical error with the wifi during my whole one night stay!!! They didn't even bother to tell me about it when I checked in. It was a terrible experience. I was blocked from working or chilling. What can I do near the airport without wifi? Seriously!
Pros: Great location directly at the airport / RER station. The Hotel has a nice, chilled athmosphere, where we felt very cosy. The food is good and affordable.
Cons: Only the breakfast is a little bit simple, but for the price good.
Pros: Short walk from public transportation to the city. Quick free train to the airport.Very modern, one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Great breakfast buffet.
Pros: Clean and quiet room, great proximity to airport and train, Marks & Spencer nearby for reasonable dinner, good free buffet.
Cons: Checkin was a bit clunky but staff was nice with process
Pros: Hotel is great for short stay for ease of catching CDG flights
Cons: Room's a little small but then again, reflects price range & great location for flights
Cons: Not a good vegetarian menu
Pros: Check in was quick
Cons: Room was dirty, breakfast plates were dirty, food selection was mediocre of poor quality, not that close to the terminals, room was small and bathroom tiny
Pros: Everything was perfect for our overnight stay before the flight. Great breakfast, clean and new rooms, and comfortable beds. Next time I fly in I'll stay a night here to reduce jet lag.
Admire the dance of the airplanes from your fully renovated room. Located in the heart of the airport, the hotel offers spacious, soundproofed and air-conditioned rooms and suites that are ideal for families. Relax in our bar or sit back in the Novotel Café restaurant during your layover; you're only a few minutes from the airport terminals. Take advantage of the hotel's five meeting rooms for your seminars and business meetings.
Pros: The fact that the gates are within walking distance plus having a comfortable rest before taking off is ideal !
Pros: The location is close to the airport with a view of a runway. Even so, it was quiet and I had a comfortable sleep. It is also close to the RER (commuter train) that goes to and from the center of Paris and other areas in the vicinity.
Pros: Constant quality, in conformity with Accord quality process. Excellent place, easy links to terminals by CDG Val shuttle, soundproofed rooms. Correct restaurant with excellent staff. New convivial desk
Cons: Nothing, except maybe the possibility of self-check-in by several terminals
Pros: Fast checkin, helpfull staff, excellent breakfast
Cons: A bit hot in rooms
Pros: Location is great and Breakfast was nice.
Cons: Light switches were broken, bed really uncomfortable and bed covers looked old / dirty.
Pros: Very convenient location to catch flight. Breakfast and room facilities are okay.
Cons: We found a cockroach running on the floor. Very bad experience.
Pros: decoration of thhe lobby , very polite staff
Cons: por light in bathroom ,
Pros: The location.
Cons: The food during dinner was terrible. I was expecting Fresh vegetables over frozen and limp ones.
Pros: Nothing great. But nothing bad either. Good for spending the night before an early flight out of CDG. The hotel is connected to the Airport transportation lines. Restaurant is okay, the burger and the club sandwich were good. Salad and were okay, but if you can get food before, youre probably better off.
Pros: The convenience of being at the airport + comfort of the room and decent restaurant.
Cons: Nothing to complain about
Pros: Convenient location, reasonable, nice rooms.
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Halls and carpets look dirty.
The 4* Novotel Suites Paris CDG Airport Villepinte hotel is 20 mins from Roissy CDG Airport (Blue Line shuttle) and the Villepinte Exhibition Center. 100% renovated hotel with air-conditioned suites spanning 322 sq ft; a separate tub & shower, fast Internet, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, Canal+, beIN Sports, foreign channels. 24-hr services: Boutique Gourmande, fitness center, private parking.
Cons: Its not a 4 star hotel. Prefabricated bathroom , no toiletries, heat did not work and was not fixed after numerous complains, hardly any outlets in the room, no gym (they call 3 walk-masters a gym), charged double for taxes, shuttle bus did not arrive
Pros: well designed suites and great location and the blue shuttle pus
Cons: It would be good to inform guests to take the blue bus NOT the pink bus. There were at least 3 other novotels hotels and I was misinformed by airport staff and told to take pink bus. I lost a lot of time on the pink bus and back to airport .
Pros: The room provided me with everything that I needed and wanted for a reasonable price. The shuttle to-/from- the airport was a wonderful perk.
Cons: It's a busy hotel. The front desk appreciated my patience. Finding where to catch the shuttle and which shuttle at the airport was quite confusing. It's the BLUE Shuttle (anticipate ~30 min each direction).
Pros: Free shuttle
Cons: Small room
Pros: Breakfast was good
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Transfer to airport was later than advertised And there was some confusion about when to get off
Pros: good is enough thank you bye
Pros: All we needed for an overnight stay for an early morning flight. Comfortable bed and clean
Cons: The signs at the airport need to distinguish between the different Novotel hotels
Pros: Size of the room & cleanliness
Cons: Check out was at 11. I would have preferred a little later
Cons: There is a microwave and an electric kettle as well as a fridge but there are no plates or cutlery . There are paper cups ,no real cups or mugs. There is no washing up liquid or a tea towel. These would have been nice as we made our own breakfast and did not have anything to eat it on or eat it with. Just as well that we had a travel knife with us.
Pros: Unpleasant experience
Cons: Hotel was totally misrepresented and honestly quite expensive for location and quality, far from airport, shuttle delays (Uber saved us), small room called a suite, twin beds were a trundle with just mattress, totally prefab construction....total disappo

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Pros: Close to the airport
Cons: We paid extra to stay an extra hour and four times someone knocked on our door asking when we were leaving!
Pros: Breakfast was just great!
Pros: Excellent location near CDG airport. Bus shuttle takes you to/from airport. Pool and steam room superb. Really enjoyed my stay here.
Pros: The property was very sleek & clean. The bartender was very nice & allowed me to order even though he was closing up shop. I also liked the toiletries by Ritual.
Cons: The staff were not engaged & did not greet guests upon arrival. The check in process took an inexplicably long time, which was frustrating after arriving from a late flight. The hotel is nice, but the overall experience was not worth the cost.
Pros: There should be more options in breakfast open buffet.
Cons: There is no negative point for me, it is a good business hotel which is very close to airport.

Kids stay and eat free.
Pros: Breakfast was a good offering. Location was great.
Cons: The mattress was comfortable on the main bed but the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible.
Pros: I like the cleanliness of the property and the free airport shuttle.
Cons: I didn’t like the over priced breakfast almost 20 euros for food that didn’t look very appealing. I considered eating there but didn’t like the selection at all. Also, I asked for a toothbrush and was asked to come to reception to pick it up which has never happened to me at any hotel! They always always bring it to my room. The cleaning staff was not friendly. I walked by and greeted them and wasn’t acknowledged.
Pros: breakfast-good, location-good, staff-good,
Pros: The restaurant atmosphere, food and service
Pros: The staff were efficient and helpful. The airport bus was excellent. The food was very good.
Pros: Close to the beach area.
Cons: Room is a bit small.
Pros: Staff is very nice. Cleanliness!
Pros: Very accommodating staff. Comfortable room. Handy for the airport.
Cons: Not really. We had dinner and while it was fine, it was not the best we have ever had.
Pros: Great games area for the kids
Cons: Not very clean. Maybe the hotel was short staffed given the transport strike. A dirty tray from previous guest was left in front of my door when I checked in. I had to tell the front desk to take it away. The sheets on the bed had hair on them. One sheet even had a red stain which seems like blood. Given the hotel is near the airport, I didn't anticipate the morning shuttle ride to the airport took 45 minutes to get to T2. The hotel should alert guests of that so people can plan accordingly and not miss their flights.
Pros: Helpful front office staff
Cons: There were no instructions on how to take the shuttle or where to take the shuttle from the airport. It was a nightmare trying to figure out at night! It might help to send passengers a map of where to go for the shuttle and timing.
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: Safe box was locked already when I arrived and asked front to send someone to open it, they agreed but nobody came. It is not good.

Pros: The staff was pleasant and the room was clean.
Cons: The room was very hot and the AC didn't work. At one point the electricity in the room stopped.
Cons: Rooms were very hot but couldn't open the windows as too noisy
Pros: reasonable price, close (almost) Paris
Cons: difficult to reach on foot, need a car, but the parking could be more secured
Pros: I like the breakfast.
Pros: Easy to get there, bus 24 was right there
Cons: I understand that it is a budget hotel, but like two chairs in the room would not cost that much extra. Would raise the comfort level to be able to sit, and put clothes on

Pros: The usefullness of The kitchen and the furniture was good.
Cons: The room was smaller then I expected from the photos I saw in the photos. The cleaning was not adequate except the bathroom. Pillow were not puffy enough and kithcen equipment was not clean enough. The furniture was dusty even after the cleaning service.
Cons: Staff not too professional and has no smiles for the guests.
Pros: The most positive part of our stay was the friendly staff.
Cons: Heater in bathroom didn’t work., living room ceiling light didn’t work, bin lid was broken, apartment needs an urgent coat of paint as walls looked dirty. Generally the room was a little depressing and uncared for. The floor carpet has seen better days!
Pros: I loved the hotel reception. It was very cosy decorated. There was coffee and tea for free. The room was ok for the price. It was clean. The bathroom was renovated and very clean. The receptionist was very polite. He helped us with information how we can get to Gare de Bercy train station and explained us everything in details. We arrived very late at 1am and the receptionist was very welcoming, the room was warm and also they explained to us in details how to get from Porte Maillot to the hotel.
Pros: So good for traveling with friends, partners or family together here. Unfortunately, there was a strike when we stayed in Paris, but they're not only bus and metro around, but also tram can be chosen, make us flexible, quite good. I think its a really good and affordable choice in Paris if there's no strike.
Cons: because it was very cold in the room and the view was a cemetery
Pros: The room was big and clean. The staff was really helpful.
Pros: Good location: near to bus and metro, next to Bois de Vincennes and a fresh bakery, Auchan and other stores are close. Decent and warm (good heater) room with well equipped kitchen. Although next to highway it was very quiet (well isolated), and although next to a cemetery it had a nice view of Paris (Pantheon, Eifeltower (including lightshow), Bibliothèque Mitterand, ...).
Cons: No cleaning of the room if you stay for a shorter time (we stayed 5 nights). In such a case it would be good if the room would be equipped with some cleaning material, so we could have vacuumed or swiped the room ourselves. Now we had some ants attracted by breadcrumbs that we couldn't remove. Mattress need to be replaced.

Pros: shower broken.. room was dirty .. near metro not work due of the strike
Pros: Clean and comfy room, Friendly staff, private paid parking
Cons: Needs slight improvement on facilities
Cons: My son had food poisoning from a hamburger we ordered at the hotel restaurant. The girl at reception rang for a doctor for him which was helpful but we were still charged for this meal. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Cons: Strong smell of cigaret in my non smoking room . The bed was smelling cigaret too so not sure if the room was cleaned before . No air con so it was very warm inside the room . The window was facing the south circular so it was very noisy .
Cons: Bathroom was not as clean as expected in object of its class.
Pros: The location easy to find and access to anyplace.
Pros: Good breakfast for being in France. The service people were kind and helpful.
Cons: Awful rooms. Didn’t Live up to expectations at all. I thought it was a joke when I saw the room. Worst room I lived in a long time. And this was not even the budget version of Ibis...
Pros: Friendly staff and helpful
Cons: The rooms were too hot at one point
Pros: Clean rooms.
Cons: location quite far from city centre and even from the bercy bus station. In my opinion, the price is high given the facilities provided. the room is quite basic, there is not even a kettle or coffee provided. Not value for money.
