A must-stay in Charleston
I absolutely loved staying here! The room was charming and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The bathroom was just luxurious, with a wonderful soaking tub. The hostess made me feel like a part of her own family, welcoming me back after I'd been out each day and offering to loan me an umbrella and sweater on a cold, windy day in the city. She even went so far as to drive me to my business event one evening after touring me around the city earlier that day. She's a delightful conversationalist too, and each morning she cooked me a sumptuous breakfast that kept me full until nearly dinnertime. 22 Charlotte is definitely the best place to stay in Charleston.

Our host hot only served as a wonderful guide as to where to go, what to see and what to eat, but provided us with three amazing southern breakfasts to get each day started right. “Vaughan and staff were fantastic! This property is a gem, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I felt like I was staying at a relatives house. The breakfast was exceptional. Morning one was sweet potato pecan pancakes with blueberries and powder sugar with a side of bacon. Morning two was scrambled eggs with scallions, fried ham, cinnamon baked apples, and cinnamon toast. I will be book again!”
