The rental process was quick and easy. The only problem that I had, there was no instructions as to what I do on return. Usually there is someone to tell you what to do.( Leave your keys in the car or take them with you.)

Worst experience ever. They let me rent a car one-way and provided me with a confirmation number. When I showed up, they told me they wouldn’t rent me a car one-way, and I was left stranded. Terrible customer service.

I reserved a car for last Monday. When I arrived at AGS, there were no cars. I was told that having a reservation does not mean that a car would be available!! The agent told me there would not be any cars until Wednesday. I had to take a taxi to my hotel and find other transportation for the rest of my trip.

I booked car way in advance. When I went to pick the car at Budget there was note to go to Avis window, when after waiting in line end up with the front person she told me car in not available at present may take an hour or more. I asked for any alternate car she said does not have any other car. Asked her name she said she is not supposed to give the name. When asked for supervisor she said not available. I than asked if car was not available why did not someone call me or email me. She than called the marshal on me. It was a terrible experience I left the airport and got car from another company.

They let me book with a debit card, then refused to rent the car to me with that same debit card. I didn’t bring my credit card with me on my trip. They wouldn’t let me do Apple Pay with the credit card. I couldn’t get the rental. I had to call someone with a credit card in hand to meet me there (my credit card was in Tampa while I was in Augusta.) then because I was using a different card than what I booked with, they said they couldn’t use my original reservation. I ended up paying TWICE as much for the rental than what I agreed upon. Would never recommend to anyone!
