Cons:
They ripped me off by Making me pay $65 to refill my gas tank due to saying that there is no gas available in Georgia during the crisis. The very next day every single gas station was open and so that was not true. I only used one quarter of a tank of gas. I am going to never use project again6.4 Okay

Cons:
They said they had a minivan at that location. I even called their service line to make sure. Then the branch opened and they called to say they did not have a minivan and did not provide me with any other option. They just left a message saying, 'sorry, we don't have a minivan at this location.' Another call to the service line was totally pointless. 'well our system says that they have one' 'we can't call the store ourselves, no'8.8 Very good

When you book and pay for a vehicle, it should be yours for the entire time. After 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup time my car was unavailable and I had to rent a higher priced vehicle plus a $200 deposit.8.0 Very good

Cons:
The customer service at pickup was terrible. Gentleman behind the counter barely spoke and when he did it was almost unintelligible. Individual would simply get up and walk off, with me having no idea what was going on. Check in took an extensive amount of time. I asked about entering my rewards number and received no response and no entering of said number. Guy walks outside, no idea where he’s going and stands beside a car (I assumed it was my rental). He takes a video walk around of the car, shoved me keys and handed me something to sign, then walked off10.0 Wonderful

After calling Alamo main reservation to make sure they had a car and everything went through. When I arrive no car. Lady at desk said they were all out. And they should have never told me they had a car for me. Poor customer service2.0 Poor

Cons:
There wasn't anything wrong with the service I got from Thrifty. The poor rating was intended for Kayak. Through this service I was able to reserve a vehicle that wasn't available. I don't know anyone that has nothing better to do than waste precious time online and on the road in an effort to find creative new ways to waste more of their time. Thank you Kayak for making just a tiny part of my life a complete waste. After all, I'm gonna live forever, right...7.6 Good

I dont like how whenever you get a suppliers choice vehicle they give you the smallest vehicle possible. I understand its a gamble but as a renter you want to try out nice cars at a decent price. I feel like this is just a way to cut cost so I won't be using that option anymore. The price was amazing but my husband an I are not twigs and the Ford Fiesta was good on gas but the tank is small and the car barley fit us and our luggage.10.0 Wonderful

You guys could have a better grasp of inventory. I was sent to 2 different places with reassurance that they cars only to be told they have nothing. I even spoke with customer service line who said the same thing. After giving me the run around, I was told very nonchalantly and rudely ’there is nothing we can do for you. Try again tomorrow. Goodbye.’ Very inconvenient and inconsistent. Very little care about peoples time or plans. Should change a lot of things.8.4 Very good

Easy pick up and drop off despite the covid19 pandemic.Cons:
The car wasn't the most comfortable and the visibility out the back window wasn't very good. Also knowing we were traveling through a state with electronic tolls, they could have been more informative about whether there is a service fee or not. I was told there wouldn't be but there was an additional $8 charge!10.0 Wonderful

Drop off super easy and they returned a fairly valuable item I had left in the car via their Lost n Found department. That turned what could have been a sour ending to our trip into a very positive view of Enterprise.Cons:
The car was not quite a clean as it could have been a pick up. However it may have been one of the busiest weeks of the year for them in Augusta with the Masters just getting over that day.2.0 Poor

Augusta pick up location was understaffed, the one agent was doing her best to take care of customers. My vehicle was filthy inside with sticky stuff all around. The agent did take the time to try to wipe it down and had Sears agents clean off the exterior. 2 agents could make a world of difference2.0 Poor

I paid a premium to drop a vehicle off at a different location than I picked it up at ($122 for a one day rental). The vehicle was a crappy Kia Rio that had a super low and uncomfortable passenger seat (my husband is 6'5" and couldn't see over the dash...) Here's the kicker.. I ended up driving the EXACT same car back for the return part of my trip... dropping the car at the original pick up location. So, essentially, I paid a premium to drive a crappy car for Avis back to it's original location. The car also smelled like smoke.2.0 Poor

The cost was unbelievable and I didn’t have a choice but to pay bc I was headed out of town at that moment to my grandfathers funeral. So being blindsided wasn’t not good for a single mother. But I won’t rent here again.7.6 Good

Extremely low rental prices, always have vehicles on hand, clean cars, no wait drop off and friendly customer service.Cons:
Every time I rent with dollar they try and put you in a truck or or constantly try to get you to upgrade. It comes off pushy sometimes and the truck isn't ideal for a person who tells you the have to travel more than an hour away. At pick up I did ask if we could add one hour to our end time and the agent said it would add another days charge. I thought that seemed odd as we picked up at 7am and planned to drop it off originally the next day at 3pm. Later I called and a different agent allowed the extension without additional charges. As a customer I find it frustrating when you get two different answers to the same question.9.2 Wonderful

I appreciated the professionalism of the agent that waited on me and the courteous manner in which I was treated. He took the time to find the most comfortable car on the lot for me. The automobile, a 2017 Mazda 6, was a comfortable smooth riding vehicle with great fuel economy.2.0 Poor
