Complete waste of time and most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. I will not recommend anyone use enterprise rental car service.

Pick-up truck
I had a reservation to get the car at 10 am, when I got there they tried to give me a small SUV and not a pick up per my reservation. The Truck was not ready and had to be cleaned while I sat there for 50 mins. My reservation was confirmed at 8 am but the car wasn't then made ready for my pick up time. All the while the service rep, just kept telling me they cleaning it now, when I asked why it wasn't cleaned before I got there, he had no response. When I finally got in the truck, it was dirty in the inside, smelled as if someone smoked in it and from the cleaning the seats were wet leaving my pants when when I sat in the front seat. The whole ordeal left very upset and forced me to be an hour late for the appointment I was trying to get to, and pushed my entire trip back over three hours from the initial plan, becuase of one hour delay with not so much as an explanation as to why the truck was being cleaned when I got there verse prior to my arrival.
Tge person who rented this car is a fraud. Sheika Roman is using my email She has done this before with tge apple store and order alot of phones and iPad. I alerted them about the email and they stopped her. I notified Hertz and they did NOTHING!! WILL NEVER USE HERTZ!!
