Tge person who rented this car is a fraud. Sheika Roman is using my email She has done this before with tge apple store and order alot of phones and iPad. I alerted them about the email and they stopped her. I notified Hertz and they did NOTHING!! WILL NEVER USE HERTZ!!Reviewed 9 Oct 2023

Pros:The gentleman who helped us in Clarksville, KY, could not have been more helpful, and incredibly cordial. I wish I could remember his name.Cons:Include a windshield scraper in the car.
