Originally I book an SUV because I needed the space but found out that type of vehicle doesn’t come with unlimited miles so I had to change it to a compact. But when I got there the lady found us a sedan that had just been turned in. Fortunately for us the sedan worked better. Great experienceCons:

Got in to Danbury a bit late on the bus. Rental closed at 4, which is a bit early. Would have liked if staff could have waited 15-20 minutes for me to show up after I let them know. The cars are relatively new, staff is usually nice and friendly, the prices are competative.Cons:
There is no parking on site so if you don't have anybody to drop you off and pick you up after rental it may turn out to a very challenging situation. The closest publick parking is about 5 min away and normally they offer you a lift but when I dropped the car after my last rental they just opened and it was no driver available. So walking for 30 min carrying the bags wasn't the most pleasant experience.Avis

Pros:
Drop off easy. It was not open. Pick up the staff were poor. I rented a SUV, they tried to give me a minivan. When I told the clerk this he ask me in a rude manner why I needed an suv. He then switched my to an suv gave me the keys and told me the car was outside to the right. 5 mins later I came back in and informed him that there were no vehicles fitting his description to the right. I informed him that there was a vehicle fitting that description at the left of the building.. at which he said then that's the one. This is the first time that I have rented a car (with the exception of at an airport) where a staff member did not walk me to the car did a basic inspection.Cons:
Greet the customer like you would like to be greeted, show the client the to the vehicle and give a brief tutorial of some basic functions - like starting the car, adjusting the seat, the mirrors, - just some basic safety functions. It shows you care and perhaps the next time the client rents a car she/he may remember the professionalism at this dealer and price point would not be the only consideration in renting a car.10.0 Wonderful
