Pros: The 2 men that help find baby seats for my children were willing to go above and beyond to get the baby seats.
Cons: The lady I was working with was not willing to help find baby seats. She stated I didn't reserve it ahead of time therefore I would not be able to get them. She also did not seem very knowledgeable of the computer system. She had to have some come help her with every other step of the process. It was frustrating and time consuming.
