When I droped the car off at the end of the rental they told me to leave the car they would sort it out. While I'm in the airport I got an email saying there was damage on the car. There was no damage on the car when I droped it off. I was extremely careful of where I parked the car during my rental for this reason. I still haven't seen this damage.
The overall exprience is ok but Avis charged a flat fuel fee while i returned the car with a full tank. Never got lucky enough to talk to the customer servixd. Still trying to call them.

Friendly staff, easy process, answered all questions, and all with a great cost.
Hard to rate an experience that never happened. Waiting over an hour at the pick up counter and no one ever showed up even after I called twice. Was not able to pick up the car :(
