Pros:Scheduled day for pickup all locations were closed in Central Florida. We went to a couple of them and tried others by phone and contacting Dollar several times. We ended up renting from Enterprise at last minute from airport just as another family did that was truing to pick up their rental at the closed locations. Not sure what another lady did that was also trying to pick up her rental from a closed location.Cons:Not to have scheduled pick up of rentals on July 4th when all Dollar locations in Central Florida were closed with no employees in site. What a mess it was for us and a couple other families trying to pick up their non existent rentals. We ended up paying hundreds more for an Enterprise mini van rental but at least they were open at the Orlando airport.Reviewed 15 Jul. 2020

Pros:I only liked the agent at the Naples, FL airport that exchanged my poor running, two warning lights on car. She was wonderful.Cons:I paid for my car at 3:00 pm and picked it up at 9:00 pm. When I turned the car on, the "maintenance required" light was on. The next morning the "engine hot" light came on. Both warning lights NEVER went off! I called a total of FOUR times over the next FIVE days before I got a replacement car. I WILL NEVER USE DOLLAR AGAIN!!Reviewed 8 Feb. 2017

Return at a different locationPros:It would have been nice if they had provided a correct return location address instead of one that has not been used for over 2 YEARS!!! I wasted precious time looking for a non-existent address. I would not rent from Dollar again because of this.Cons:They provided the wrong address for the drop off at a different location.Reviewed 21 Jan. 2016

Best choicePros:Unbeatable price, paid 60% of the first retained amount, the rate changed somewhere between the pick up and drop off of the car and it was adjusted to almost $400 less at the end.Reviewed 20 Jan. 2016
