I reserved a SUV almost 3 weeks before our trip because of my wife being in a wheelchair and being blind. I needed room for her wheelchair plus SUV's are easier for her to get in and out of. Well I went to pick up the rental and we went through the whole process even the payment and as we are heading towards the door the guy tells me that the only thing that he has available is a full size pickup truck. I had no choice but to take it because I had already paid for it plus we were scheduled to go on our trip that day. I was also surprised when I was told that there was a $200 security deposit. I'm ok with that I just wasn't expecting it especially when I was told when I reserved it that the only thing that I would owe would be the price of the rental. I also feel like I was suckered into but extra insurance after I had already bought insurance when I reserved the vehicle. The guy knew that this was my first time renting a vehicle and it will probably be my last.2.0 Poor
