Pros:
I changed my arrival time to a small airport from noon to midnight and the office remained open until my flight arrived and I picked up my baggage. I think it was last flight of the evening for the airport and the desk stayed open beyond normal closing time.Cons:

If you aren't flying in, you do have to park overnight in airport parking (which costs money). The process is easy though, and there is a shuttle.10.0 Wonderful

The vehicle it self was very nice.Cons:
I reserved a SUV almost 3 weeks before our trip because of my wife being in a wheelchair and being blind. I needed room for her wheelchair plus SUV's are easier for her to get in and out of. Well I went to pick up the rental and we went through the whole process even the payment and as we are heading towards the door the guy tells me that the only thing that he has available is a full size pickup truck. I had no choice but to take it because I had already paid for it plus we were scheduled to go on our trip that day. I was also surprised when I was told that there was a $200 security deposit. I'm ok with that I just wasn't expecting it especially when I was told when I reserved it that the only thing that I would owe would be the price of the rental. I also feel like I was suckered into but extra insurance after I had already bought insurance when I reserved the vehicle. The guy knew that this was my first time renting a vehicle and it will probably be my last.2.0 Poor

car was good and clean.Cons:
rented car on Fri. morning at 10am and was suppose to return at 5pm the same day. ran late on the road and didn't get it turned in till 6:15pm the same day. I was charged another day. I paid $260.00 for one day rental of a small compact. Left Spartanburg, SC to Myrtle Beach,SC. Could have flew cheaper than that. Won't use Budget or Kayak again!!!Avis
