My experience with Budget was not good. The customer service was poor, and the car I received was not the correct category I had reserved. Additionally, the car had over 50,000 miles, which was disappointing. I informed the attendant about these issues, but they were rude and unhelpful.

Selected vehicle was not available. They said you had overbooked. I was not notified until I arrived for vehicle pickup. They did say they tried to call me twice

The $200 hold after 5 days is ridiculous. Also, there was a random charge for extra hours and we did not pick up early or drop off late.
