Pros:I changed my arrival time to a small airport from noon to midnight and the office remained open until my flight arrived and I picked up my baggage. I think it was last flight of the evening for the airport and the desk stayed open beyond normal closing time.Cons:I thought upcharge for second driver was somewhat steep.Reviewed 10 Sep. 2019

Pros:Everything was quick and smooth. The vehicle was what I expected.Cons:If you aren't flying in, you do have to park overnight in airport parking (which costs money). The process is easy though, and there is a shuttle.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2019

What was that smell?Pros:Easy pick up and drop offCons:The car had a horrible smell inside (especially when parked in the sun). Not sure if it was from smoking or other. It would go away once the A/C got going but was really bad until air began to circulate.Reviewed 25 Jun. 2018
