When we got their, there were about 5 people waiting for their vehicle. After waiting 20mins to be helped, we were told they did NOT have any cars available yet and their were all those people waiting aswell. We were told we needed to wait an additional 45mins to get a car in and have it washed. We were not able to wait all that time so we just left with no car. Very frustrating experience!Avis
