Vehicle size was exactly what we needed for four adults with luggage.Cons:
Expected on airport office, or representative to meet us. Had to ask around to find out where the in town office was, and the hire a cab to get there and rent the vehicle. Confusion on turn-in. I was told a Budget rep would pick up the car at our hotel by Chiang Rai rep. When I called for pick-up in Chiang Mai I was told they did not pick up. Eventually they relented and picked up the car. Car pick-up person in Chiang Mai expected me to pay the rental fee even though I had already paid in Chaing Rai. Good thing I had the receipt to prove payment.Hertz
