Pros (+) I liked the bell service downstairs and the local area. Felt safe and the touch key cards were cool.
Cons (-) For paying the price I did, including WiFi in the stay would seem like a no brainer. $300+ a night? Our mini fridge wasn’t stocked and someone else’s cream cheese was still in it. For being a 4-star hotel I just expected more from the actual hotel. The area and the restaurant/ bar attached was great and they were very accommodating to making sure people were comfortable on the hot day.

Pros (+) Front desk rep Rory was great! He was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us a room upgrade and showed us some locations on a city map to help us get our bearings of the city. The bellman was great as well by pointing us to a great jazz bar and a great breakfast place. He was right. They were both a great experience.

Cons (-) I was here Sunday through Friday. My sink broke on Tuesday and was never repaired. They changed the towels and made the bed, but didn't clean the room. I shutter to think what the sticky substance on the bedside table was. I didn't eat any gummy candies, but kept finding bits of said candies in the room. Clearly, it hasn't been cleaned in awhile.

Pros (+) I really liked the location of this hotel. Even though I booked it for a friend, I was next door at the Westin. One thing I REALLY loved was the fact that you need a key to use the elevators to go onto the floors. That was a perk.
Cons (-) BUT. My room wasn't 100% cleaned. When I went to check in, I went up to the room and looked it over. There was leftover food in the mini fridge, there was a few bottles of alcoholic drinks missing that Im hoping Im not going to be charged for, even thought house keeping came up and told me I wouldn't be charged.
