Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. The staff received many compliments for being friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with several guests highlighting positive experiences at the front desk. Cleanliness was also frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, with rooms and common areas described as clean and well-maintained. However, many guests found the rooms to be very small and cramped, especially for the price paid, and several reviews noted disappointment with the limited or misleading breakfast offerings. Despite these drawbacks, the overall impression was positive due to the location, service, and cleanliness.

Pros (+) Location is excellent. Great restaurants surrounding the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Fire place in lobby was amazing!

Cons (-) Ran out of loaner umbrellas, needed one due to the torrential rain storm. Shower leaked water all over the floor. Television did not work a majority of my visit, “scrambled or weak symbol”. Due to pedestal sink in bathroom, counter space is extremely limited.

Pros (+) The entrance is modern... pictures look nice. Google chromcast comes in the room.

Cons (-) No coffee machines in room, have to go downstairs through lobby, through connected restaurant to get small 6oz cup from coffee shop. Pictures show king or two double beds... we got one single queen size bed. Room was tiny - I’d say less than 300 sq ft. Sinks were half size so no where to store toiletries. Def European chic but website said it was 4 Star hotel... lamp had stains on it. Would not re...

Pros (+) Bed was comfy, location was great, overall esthetic was great. It was a really nice place and I'd stay there again.

Cons (-) Staff mistakenly woke us up at 7am, thinking we had ordered breakfast. We never had. The room was VERY small, with no fridge.

Pros (+) I liked the hotel overall, but I must give a special mention regarding the bed. The king bed had memory foam, and it was extremely comfortable.

Cons (-) There was nothing of mention that I didn't like.

Pros (+) Great location

Cons (-) I have been staying here for years - front desk staff is all new . The girls that used to be there are no longer and somehow now its all men. They are cold and dont understand how to treat guests. The new Manager is absolutely awful and hopefully you dont have to deal with him as he treated me , a repeat guest for many years like dirt.

Pros (+) I would have given this stay 4/5 stars had not my Fitbit been stolen. It was not misplaced nor left somewhere, it was stolen which isn't obviously unacceptable. Everything was top notch including the view, but if I don't feel safe leaving my things behind, what's the point?
