Cons (-) Rooms are dated and a little damaged. View was horrible. Construction right outside was loud and made it difficult to get Ubers.

Pros (+) The staff was courteous and friendly. Very helpful. The hotel was situated close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Museums, Grant Park, Giordano's.

Pros (+) I like the service at the front desk There were several employees at check in making sure no one is waiting. Rooms are excellent. They even upgraded me to a suite.
