The hotel is located in a prime spot in the downtown area, inside the loop, which makes it easy to visit popular spots in the city including the Skydeck and the former Sears Tower. There are over 44,000 sq. feet of rooms, meeting space, and amenities in the JW Marriott Chicago.

There are eight different types of rooms available at the hotel to suit a variety of travelers. Rooms feature elegant decor along with marble bathrooms, lighted makeup mirrors, robes, work desks with ergonomic chairs and coffee and tea service.

Some of the treatments available include body wraps, facials, makeup services, massages, waxing treatments and foot baths. Guests can also enjoy Moroccan hammam sessions, a fitness center and business services with expert staff to help arrange meetings and events.

For easy dining, there are two restaurants on the premises, The Florentine and the Lobby Lounge. The Florentine is an Italian restaurant that features a seasonal menu of handmade pasta and wood-fired pizzas. Anna, Aug 2017
Pros (+) The staff was courteous and friendly. Very helpful. The hotel was situated close to all the attractions we wanted to see. Museums, Grant Park, Giordano's.
Cons (-) Older hotel. It's starting to show it's age. Not the greatest selection of breakfast items. Either at the restaurant or room service.
