Location of hotel was perfect for the activities our family was interested in.
Room remained humid and warm for the entirety of our stay. Thermostat read 65° and it was definitely no where near that temperature in the room. We also had to do everything short of beg to have the trash cans emptied and new towels brought to the room.
Beautiful hotel ruined by noisy neighbors
The hotel was gorgeous. Room was spacious and clean. Workout facility was very good as was all the staff we encountered.
Noisy neighbors, the fan in the heating system was very loud and there was a intermittent, unidentifiable tapping sound that kept us awake most of the night. I know the hotel has little control over who we get for neighbors and likely would have moved us if we would have called to complain but neither one of us wanted to disturb the other by calling down to the front desk in the middle of the night. They did remove our urban fee which was a very nice gesture.
Parking was terrible.
Beautiful hotel.Clean and very modern.
Parking was awful. Took forever to find and poor signs to tell us when we were there. They would do very well to consider some sort of valet parking. Don't know if I could stay there again, just because of the parking.
Large and full service yet not corporate-looking and bland.
Very slow elevator.
Location, interior design, amenities
Beautiful hotel all around. Incredible pool deck, one of the best I've seen, Upscale, and very clean.
The noise from fire station nearby meant that we had to keep the balcony door closed and so it was a waste to pay the extra money for a balcony you can't enjoy. Very expensive parking.
room was unavailable
Booked through kayak the day of to arrive and no record of my booking at hotel. Card was swiped twice, so I had to wait past my stay for the authorization to fall off for the $700 charge. It was a messy situation and one that shouldn't happen while I am taking a break.
Modern room, loved the shower..
Found the room servicw menu limited, very few items.
Its just 18 floors
Loved the view of the city from our balcony. Also, the rain shower was great! It was the perfect location to all the tourist attractions of the city. Would definitely stay here again!
The cost of parking was a bit overpriced.
Cool looking. Hotel corridors unique in a good way. Room comfortable. Balcony nice but should have bad small chairs.
Bar uncomfortable and staff had stiff personalities. Facilty confusing.
The room was great and the amenities were awesome. Great location, only a few minutes from Michigan Ave and Millenium Park. It would be hard to return to Chicago and stay anywhere else!
