Cleanliness was a plus . No breakfast , restaurant under construction . Hotel charged us $93 for water we never got , never used the internet , there was a huge event that took over the entire place . So much noise we couldn’t sleep at night . When one books with a third party the price should match what was pre paid for . It did not and with the extra charges at hotel the price was more than any ...

Cons (-) Room was either directly above or below the in house nightclub. I may as well gone to the club, because that's how loud it was until 2AM. Upon calling front desk the only alternative was an offer of earplugs.

Pros (+) I have heard there is some noise Weds to Saturday late nights but I was there on a Monday night. I guess there is a nightclub. That still probably wouldn't bother me. It's a really nice hotel and if you are going for a night out in the city this is a perfect place.

Cons (-) One of the 2 elevators was out of service. So the one was always busy. Especially with always stopping at the the Club/Lounge on one of the floors.

Pros (+) Had a great experience overall. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and main door were all very attentive and courteous. My room was very quiet as requested it. It was located on the 15th floor and it was impeccable. Unfortunately I didn't have the time to check out and enjoy the gym and the lounge on the 4th floor. Pros (+) The staff was pleasant at check in and breakfast. The room was comfortable and well appointed. I appreciated the full size hair dryer which I'm finding to be a luxury lately.
Cons (-) The bar was a very young hip LOUD crowd. My group felt very out of place trying to get a drink there with some coworkers and we had to leave early because of it. Coming back to the hotel after dinner there was a wait to get on the elevator between all the loud groups going up to the bar.
