Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to transport and city attractions. However, many reviews highlight significant concerns regarding cleanliness, with reports of bedbugs, unclean bathrooms, and general lack of hygiene. Service is frequently criticized, particularly the absence of staff, poor communication, and inadequate response to problems. Value for price is widely seen as poor, with guests feeling that the amenities and experience do not justify the cost. Noise is also a recurring issue, especially due to street activity and nearby clubs, affecting guests' ability to rest. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, the hotel struggles with cleanliness, service, value, and noise.
