7.0 Good
Pros: Check in was easy, staff was polite, breakfast bar was good and clean.
Cons: Room smelled of moisture even with A/C on. Mattresses were substandard. Mold in caulking of bathroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: The property itself is very nice.
Cons: I didn’t like how Red Cross set up here and the people congregate in the back and there was a shooting after we left. Also Red Cross was not professional. We were staying here because of power being out for several days. We paid out of pocket though so $100 night basically to stay in the Ghetto.

Pros: The beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the fridge in the room, good breakfasts, very clean facilities, exercise room, and exceptionally nice and helpful staff members.
Cons: The non-desk chair is very uncomfortable due to odd back cushion. Wish there were a small safe for valuables and a low counter on which to put suitcase. Toilet seat (Rm 313) is very loose no matter how much we tried to tighten so you always slid around.

Pros: Location was perfect for our activities. The lobby area was a nice space to meet with family members in the evening.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Hotel was fairly clean.
Cons: They charged my card for $278 for incidentals per room (had 2 rooms) as soon as I checked in. When I told the front desk they didn't know how to fix it. The day manager says she fixed it but the charges are still pending so I don't know if she did.

Pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly even when they knew I was upset about the over charge. Food was decent for a continental style. There's always apples at the front for a healthy snack.
Cons: Booked at $175, arrived and the tried to charge me $399. Front desk couldn't fix it because the manager doesn't work weekends. What kind of hotel manager don't work on one of the biggest weekends of the year? There is a train behind the hotel, but they don't blow the horn. If you're a light sleeper, it will wake you up.

Pros: Nothing. Nothing at all
Cons: It had leftover food left in the microwave, to the point when I did open it black bugs flew out. I opened the drawer by the bed and it had trash in it. I really need my money back. Very unsatisfied.
6.0 Good
Pros: The room was spacious and clean. Bed was a little too hard for our liking but overall there was nothing wrong with the room. It was good for the night we stayed.
Cons: The owner of the hotel was in the lobby window all night like a stalker. It was scary to not see him one minute when you passed by the office or went out the parking lot and see him the next when you turned around. They have a million cameras no need for the stalking owner. He was creeping me out.

Cons: breakfast was meh
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The beds are very comfortable. We appreciated the fridge in the room, good breakfasts, very clean facilities, exercise room, and exceptionally nice and helpful staff members.
Cons: The non-desk chair is very uncomfortable due to odd back cushion. Wish there were a small safe for valuables and a low counter on which to put suitcase. Toilet seat (Rm 313) is very loose no matter how much we tried to tighten so you always slid around.

Pros: Breakfast was fine. The location was ok. I love the cinnamon rolls.
Cons: The best was terribly hard. Tile was missing in the bathroom. It just felt a little tired.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. Cozy overall.
Cons: Was woken up 6-7 times throughout the night by a screaming child, and slamming/stomping in the room next door. Guests were loud and inconsiderate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect for our activities. The lobby area was a nice space to meet with family members in the evening.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Hotel was fairly clean.
Cons: They charged my card for $278 for incidentals per room (had 2 rooms) as soon as I checked in. When I told the front desk they didn't know how to fix it. The day manager says she fixed it but the charges are still pending so I don't know if she did.
6.0 Good
Pros: Price was fine
Cons: They sprayed so much Lysol in this room, it made me nauseous. I honestly believe that they were covering a smell with a smell. UGH
7.9 Good
Pros: Lobby area very comfortable. Breakfast was solid free bottled water a plus.
Cons: Fitness area very small. Not much to it.
5.0 Okay
Pros: great location, friendly staff
Cons: breakfast space too small
6.0 Good
Pros: Room was clean, staff was friendly even when they knew I was upset about the over charge.
