Pros (+) Staff was very attentive and prompt. Décor was modern and room service was excellent.
Cons (-) Housekeeping was irregular in room cleaning services. Most of the days room was not done all day and I had to call for service after returning to room in evening. Bathrobes were not provided in room, which are pretty standard in hotels of this class.

This is a large hotel and yet whenever we contacted the staff via text, room phone, or in person they responded to every one of our requests quickly.
