Breakfast was outstanding. The check-in experience was not. This was because the Parking online said $25 and in person it was $48 overnight. I asked for this to be waived and it was not able to be done so. The room on top of that, was particularly small, even for a hotel, and the air condition thermostat would not get below 73° for our entire one night duration.

Room service was lacking: they ran out of bar soap to put in the room for the entire 5 day stay, they only partly cleaned the room or emptied some waste baskets daily, didn't make the bed dome days, and only had washcloths for us on 2 of our 5 days. Had to call to get TP.

Beautiful facility. Room was huge and super quiet despite overlooking the city center. Noticed minor things like the toilet not being fully secured to the floor and beverage rings left on a few tables. Biggest frustration was breakfast. We were seated and then completely ignored by the wait staff for ten minutes. It's the morning after NYE, can I at least get a glass of water?

Heating did not work sufficiently and made a loud racket, and there were no extra blankets, so we spent a cold January night there with very little sleep. Hotel bar looked like a dive bar in the hood, complete with the characters that go with that. No restaurant for evening dining. Pros (+) Amazing location, ridiculously comfortable bed and shower, super-fast elevator! Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating when we arrived with wet laundry (dryer died the day we left home)
Cons (-) Only one trash can in the entire room, which was on total opposite side of room from bathroom (where tissues were—primary reason for needing trash can!). That was our ONLY complaint!!
