8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The pool was ice cold and not even tolerable.
7.0 Good
Pros: It had everything that was expected, and it had an old classic feel to it.
Cons: The jacuzzi was dirty. I had to ask for cleaner and rags so that I could clean it out. There was hair, dead skin, and dirt in it. And there was also red mold in the jet fixtures that I had to clean out. When I told the lady at the front desk about it, she offered to put me in a different room, but I didn’t want a different room. I had paid for the one with the jacuzzi and the king size bed for a reason!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk was friendly,,,we arrived and the coffee pots in lobby had coffee ready at our late hour,,,,,when we left they had a breakfast all packed for us ( great stuff in it)...room clean, candy on pillows..staff working in Covid 19 and were nice
Cons: There was did Old ratty car parked in the lot by front door all night , may have been a staff car but it made this type of quality hotel look very bad and made you feel like your car might get broken into ,,bad impression, best it parked out back
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Convenient
Cons: they have an issue with cleanliness garbage in the elevator and trash on the floor on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Told front desk about it and all they did was clean the elevator. My room the whole 3 days I was there never got cleaned.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The room appeared not vacuumed, 3 whiskey bottles in nightstand, toilet paper roll was almost empty bathroom floor had hair on floor. We were too tired to have them come and take care of these things. I did tell them in morning. She said sorry.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: The room was not clean when I checked in. Hairs were all over the bathroom floor. Cracker pieces and something very sticky on the carpet. Two baby roaches in the room. Microwave was not cleaned inside. The carpet out in the hallway had not been vacuumed and was littered with debris. I will not be staying here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean room, comfortable, just what I needed for an overnight stay. Good location, close to the interstate and Wal-mart!
Cons: Everything was fine.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Dirty sheets, musty smell as soon as you enter the lobby. Large group of locals sitting outside the main entrance smoking and visiting with front desk staff. The smell of cigarette smoke throughout the non smoking facility. The facility looked unkempt. . Couldn't complete the stay. I have asthma and by the time we reached the room, I was beginning to wheeze and choke. Gladly paid twice as much to stay across the street in a clean Inn.
4.0 Okay
Pros: great location, near highway and lots of newer construction. clean area
Cons: Well desk clerk was sitting outside smoking, lobby was ok but walls and carpet where dirty. Room smelled like a wet dog and it wasn't from cleaner, walls were dirty.

Cons: Everything went great
5.0 Okay
Pros: Staff friendliness and help.
Cons: When I checked in around 9:00 pm, no sign or person told me breakfast would be available. Nothing in the room either. When I checked out at 11:30 am, I saw a flyer at the Front Desk about breakfast. Too late for me by then. No information about what the hotel was doing to sanitize public spaces and rooms. I’m sure they were doing the best they could. Knowing what it was would have been comforting.

Pros: Clean updated and comfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: Easy to find. The manager Susan was very nice. The shower head was quaint and I took a picture of it in motion. The outside was painted like a picture. Beautiful.
Cons: The parking in front of our door (and the other doors to the right side of the office) were all blocked off and an entryway under the overhang for the office was made. A pickup truck with a boat trailer was parked long ways blocking the rest of the parking. Looks like customers would come first. Our room was comfortable but the dead latch hook was missing and screw holes were where it belongs. Several spots on the wall from peeling paint was very visible.

Pros: Clean, well maintained, and courteous front counter staff.
Cons: The property was not well marked at the main road. Signage was far removed from the main road, making it difficult to locate. 6.0 Good
Pros: Location is great.
Cons: Waited 10 minutes at the front desk. Key care to first room did not work. Rather than just running a new card, the clerk reassigned us to a different room. Unfortunately that room had a horrible sewage smell. So we were moved to a 3rd room

Our room was squeaky clean, well appointed, and had a very smartly designed bathroom with shelves and drawers. We would definitely stay here again.

7.9 Good
Pros: Clean, well maintained, and courteous front counter staff.
Cons: The property was not well marked at the main road. Signage was far removed from the main road, making it difficult to locate. There was no one specifically assigned to maintaining the breakfast room, making the counter person have to serve double duty and he had difficulty keeping up with making coffee and keeping it full, as well as keeping the inventory of other breakfast items properly supplied for the guests.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: It's close proximity to the museum of the Appalachian
Cons: Did not know there was NO elevator at this hotel, hard lugging up suitcases and such. A/C was not working when we arrived, front desk just said it takes time....it was noisy and didn't seem to be cooling, three hours later we figure out the window was open, what the hell! So the room now smelled from a/c running non stop, never did have good temp in room. Not enough room for guests in room for breakfast.

6.0 Good
Pros: Easy to find.
