Our room was spacious, the bathroom was very well appointed and everything was immaculately clean. A good buffet breakfast was provided which was varied and substantial. Cons: I'd missed a pool; I know: winter is not a season, but it's a nice teaser for me any time. Overall it's hard to complain about much in this place. Wifi wasn't rapid, but when I'm spoiled with fast fibre everywhere it's unfair to complain too ;)

It is located in a quiet plaza and has an underground parking garage. The interior patio was charming to sit and have a drink when we returned in the evening. The Nespresso machine was a pleasant surprise to the room, which we took advantage of. The decor is standard and lacks the charm of a boutique hotel, but the hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good service.

It is just ten yards away from the broadway where you can enjoy lots of shopping centers, shops, and restaurants. The icons of Cordoba, Mezquita, Alcázar, and Roman bridge are also within 15 mins of walk. You can enjoy exquisite old streets and casas in Jewish quarter while you walk to Mezquita. Staffs are so nice, gentle, professional and friendly. The room I stayed is surprisingly small but cozy and comfortable. I was surprised that that bath was relatively spacious compared with the room size. Bath and room were impressively clean.

Cons: My room was little bit noisy. I can hear someone keep talking in corridor at late night. But I don't think it is a typical problem of this hotel. My room doesn't have any view. It has a window but literally it has no view. since I was traveling in mid February. It was little bit chilly at night but the room was not that much warm. Not sure air conditioning works properly. They provided a tiny fridge but not sure it was working as well.

Cons: No complaints whatsoever. The weather was beautiful and temperate—February—so we were able to open the windows. In the warmer months, one would have to rely on the air conditioning to keep flying insects out of the room. I’m sure that the air conditioner works fine but there’s nothing better than cool, fresh air from the outside.

Cons: The walls and the door is paper-thin but this seems to be standard here in Spain. A lot of meat and cheese and those kinds of stuff, only vegetables available is tomatoes, so no good for vegetarians (Spanish people doesn't seem to eat other things than meat). Our other hotel in Malaga did not have any vegetables at all so this was better but quite depressing regarding that they have a lot of vegetables very cheap in the markets but the Spanish hotels seem to buy meat instead.

Cons: The hotel was just about perfect for our short stay, but I could not get through on the phone on the morning before we arrived. We understood parking could be available, but it could not be reserved. It was recommended that we telephoned before we arrived. We rang quite a few times but we didn't get an answer. Fortunately, when we arrived, we found out there was parking space available. I think some clarity on this would be more helpful. I had done quite a bit of research so I knew about the approach roads, the one-way system and the restricted access. Anybody who hadn't done that research could have found themselves in difficulty.

Cons: The hairdryer is absolutely ancient -- circa 1960's is my guess. The hose is too hot to hold before your hair is anywhere close to dry. Bathroom is in desperate need of an update. It is way too small to fit a bidet that was less than 6" (15 cm) from the toilet across from it, and both blocked the shower stall.

Rooms are much smaller than expected for a pricey 4 star hotel. The bathrooms are linked in a garish dark green marble with a glass sink and counter. Just seemed very old school.
The bed was not comfortable. But this is very subjective.
The location as was mentioned in several other reviews is questionable. It was 30-45 minute walk to the main tourist sites. That was fine with us since it gives us a chance to explore.

Auto garage is right under the building, so getting you car is easy with immediate availability to the main street.
