Upon arrival the front desk clerk named Laura was extremely rude and annoyed that I was there. No welcome, and all attitude,impatient ,and she let her face show it . I understand sometimes we have bad days so I let it go. For this trip I paid $400 including incidentals so we can have an indoor pool for the weekend.
