Pros (+) Clean rooms, standard inexpensive hotel.
Cons (-) Fox News was playing 24 hours a day in the lobby. This was also the area with seating for breakfast. It made the whole place feel unwelcoming.

Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, friendly staff, and decent breakfast options. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some highlighting modern touches. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness issues in certain rooms and public areas, particularly the elevators, which were described as dirty and noisy. The breakfast was generally well-received, though a few guests noted inconsistent quality. Service was often described as helpful and welcoming, but some guests experienced lapses in attention. Overall, positives centered on location, breakfast, and staff, while cleanliness and elevator issues were common negatives.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Staff were all friendly and helpful
Cons (-) Had to move the coffee pot into the bathroom to access an outlet
Pros (+) Room kept cold,
Cons (-) Small rooms, no mini fridge, wall damage, weird design
Pros (+) I like the pool, workout room and location of the hotel. The morning breakfasts are good too and the staff is really nice. I stay here every time I have to be in the Council Bluffs/Omaha area...about three times a year.
Cons (-) My only complaint would be that they don't have a small refrigerator in the room. I bring a cooler and they have an ice machine in the lobby...but a fridge in the room would be nice.
