Staff very helpful when we had occasional issues with the TV for instance. Chairs in the pool area have torn seats from wear and need reupholstering or replacement.

Pros (+) Love the soft silky sheets, staff was helpful pointing us to a fabulous seafood restaurant.
Cons (-) We love waffles. Not a fan of the pancake maker.

Cons (-) It seemed like the springs in both of the queen-sized beds in our room were broken. They made loud popping sounds anytime we moved. Beds were not very comfortable.
