The breakfast, bar, spa, and atmosphere!
Beautiful rooms and an elegant vibe throughout. Loved having my parents stay here on their first night in Dallas. Right in the middle of downtown.
My only con is the large amount of homeless people at the door of the property—but I know they can’t really control that.
Luxury hotel in a great location. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet.
I had to call 3 times a day wait an hour for a disposable razor.
The property was nice clean and friendly staff
Limited channel selection , restaurant was a bit to high
The staff at this BEAUTIFUL historic hotel made the stay very enjoyable!
The elevator was a little slow
