This is a very cool hotel. The service was top-notch, the rooms are excellent, the location is key.
The Art Hotel is beautiful inside and feels just like an art museum. Food is amazing, and staff were great. The rooms were very nice and well appointed for our stay. No problems with little kids there either. They had a pack-and-play available for my 9 month old. Overall great!
Pros (+) Customer service was amazing - every employee we interacted with was super helpful
Pros (+) Brand new, modern design, nice lobby area patio & restaurant. Quiet rooms, pretty comfy.
Cons (-) Saw a few comments referencing The Art as a 5 star in the category of Ritz & Four Seasons... not quite that nice, it's a solid 4 star hotel.
