Car rentals are very expensive these days and this was the best price I could find. I picked up the car at their downtown location and they offered me the much appreciated option of dropping it off directly at the airport at no extra cost. I also got an upgrade as the model I requested was not available. Nice fuel efficient car too!Reviewed 10 Aug. 2022

Brand new Ford Edge, problems with eco drive, shut off while moving, all gauges & screen blacked out, dead wheel, couldn’t get eco drive to turn off. Car never should have been on the road. I booked online, and my rental cost doubled at the counter, very shady.Reviewed 10 Aug. 2022

I reserved the car but still had to wait over an hour for them to bring it up. In addition, there were so many people waiting, there wasn’t any room under the canopy and most us scramble to find shade. It was scorching hot and they didn’t offer any water or allowed people to wait in the AC building. When I finally got my car, it was old and stained. The engine made a horrible noise when we started driving so we returned it immediately and rented another car from National.Reviewed 10 Aug. 2022

Waited in line for 45 minutes, only to be told that they didn’t have a car available (I had a reservation.) I was told to ‘maybe try back in an hour, unless you want to upgrade to a full size SUV, which is $800 a DAY.’ Yeah, no thanks. I went to Avis instead.Reviewed 9 Aug. 2022
