Confusing at first as it was serviced by the same people running hertz. We were waiting in the Dollar lane but no one would serve us or tell us we had to line up at hertz even through the front counter staff could clearly see us standing there. The first car we got was not great. The brakes needed to be serviced but we were lucky enough to be helped by the Springfield airport branch who gave us a new car (although it was a bit of a process- no fault of theirs)Reviewed 8 Jun. 2023

When initially booked and charged that was supposed to be the total. We were charged an extra $130 (approximate) when getting the car. Also, they didn't have all the cars and luckily we got the last one but others weren't as fortunate. I will not use Kayak again as it was false advertisement. Promised a lower fee but no refunds if payed up front. However the price would have been the same if we didn't pay up front. Really dissapointed.Reviewed 6 Jun. 2023

I was very unhappy with been forced to pay 420 euro for car insurance. In the past I always opted to provide a deposit on my credit card. On this occasion I was told it was illegal to rent a car without paying the insurance. I even showed that my car insurance provider covers me for car rental up to 100000 dollars but the guy at the desk refused to accept. I though the whole process was very shady. Iv rented cars for up to ten years before covid and this experience I won't forget in a hurry.Reviewed 6 Jun. 2023
