9.2 Excellent
Pros: Although it is not that near to Cube house/Markethal, but it is a good experience to walk through the old port and across the bridge to enjoy the scenery on the road. The worker here is friendly and would like to offer help, and the room is cozy and provide free capsule coffee.

Pros: Very stylish and inviting! It utilizes digital technologies for room light, temperature, even mood control. First time ever for us staying at this kind of hotel during vacation. Very positive experience.
Cons: The shower setup is hard to keep water from running around.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location for us. Great staff. Super large comfortable bed. Great storage. Black out blinds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved it’s quirky style and staff were lovely and very helpful.
Cons: Only one thing missing. We would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff, clean (but small) room, central location in opposite of the train and subway station and close to the attractive old harbour district and market hall.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Large bed with cotton sheets - room temperature was excellent and easily controllable using in room ipad
Cons: Wifi was weak Room was small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, super clean and very comfortable
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is just next to the Blaak Station. It is very convenient to get to the tourist spots by walk.
Cons: the room size is barely enough for 2 persons. And the basin is detached from the toilet which makes the floor easier to get wet.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room was really cozy and clean, we had a nice view(also quite cool that you can choose which side of the hotel you want to sleep). The shower was great and large. The breakfast had a lot of choice and was overall good tasting.
Cons: In the morning there was a lot of noise due to business men/woman having a meeting at the breakfast table(without having breakfast). So a seperate meeting room would be nice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location!!!
Cons: Staff didnt clean in the caravan. Could be better.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location, character and cleanliness were excellent. The front desk young lady was superb. Terrific experience.
Cons: The bed was incredibly soft and uncomfortable. While the character was brilliant for me the tight and steep stairs may have been a challenge for others.
7.5 Good
Pros: Cute dining area. Sufficient breakfast. Nice outside patio area. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons: Tired furniture in room. Bathroom across the hall. 2 flights of narrow spiral stairs - no elevator. Fine with us, perhaps not with everybody.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cosy, friendly atmosphere, terrific croissants.
Cons: Hardly anything unless you object to being in a room named after a murderer ...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Superb location in the historic old town, right on the canal and opposite the New Church. Nicely set out with rooms on a private courtyard. Friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location wonderful staff would definitely stay there again.
7.5 Good
Pros: We stayed at the De Emauspoort for 3 nights and chose this hotel as it was low level and looked to be in a very pretty part of Delft and we were not disappointed. The location is excellent, only a minute from the huge square (Markt) with the Town Hall at one end and the Nieuwe Kerk at the other. Although the church is directly across from the hotel there was no noise from the bells striking the hour. It is about 15 minutes walk from the station. The reception to the hotel is at the side in Trompetstraat which is a very pretty street. The staff were friendly and we could leave our bags as we arrived early. We picked up a newsletter on arrival and took with us when we returned to the square for a drink. The newsletter is informative and was fun to read. The room was a good size with a double bed, tea and coffee facilities and our room looked out to the side street but we left the curtains closed most of the time as the room was quite warm because of the morning sun. There is a fan that is very quiet and easy to operate. Towels and toiletries were on the bed when we arrived. The bathroom was a good size with a non-slip bath with a 'detachable shower' which I prefer as I like to direct the water myself. There is a 'pull round' shower curtain. I felt safe standing in the bath and there is a hand rail to help getting in the bath and I did not feel my feet slip at all. Towels were of a good size and soft. The breakfast room was nice with tables for two or longer tables that could seat at least 6 people together. Breakfast itself was nice with juice, yoghurt, fresh fruit salad, meats, cheese and lovely soft bread. The fruit bread was nice and was like Stollen as it had marzipan in the middle. There is a lovely courtyard with the two caravan accommodation and access to our room up the flights of iron steps. Drinks can be purchased from the fridge for 2 Euros which we paid at reception. Bikes can be hired from the hotel.
Cons: For me the bed was so soft and the duvet quite heavy and I found I woke many times during the night when I went to turn over. At one time my left leg went down on the floor and my husband needed to pull me back in as I felt I would fall.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely position in historic centre, pleasant, helpful staff, excellent breakfast
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ambience, location and the staff
Cons: The room was not cleaned properly with used wet towels on the ground, put on rack.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location in Delft
Casa Julia - Delft - Building
4
9.0 Excellent (1,013 reviews)
C$ 155+
Overview Reviews
Located in Delft, Casa Julia is a 4-minute drive from Vermeer Centrum and 14 minutes from Peace Palace. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby and an elevator (lift).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff behave as if they are hosts and make you feel as guest in their home (casa). Good location. Very good breakfast. Bikes with shopping baskets could be rented for 7.5 EUR per day. Cozy common space and room even if mine was the smallest one.
Cons: No complains.
7.9 Good
Pros: This hotel had some excellent points. The staff is very nice and try to help when they can. They certainly were accommodating to my mother who needed a good room on the ground floor. Breakfast was fairly good, with the bacon and eggs being the best part of it, I thought. The location is not very central, and it does take at least 10 minutes to get there from the centre, but it's a pleasant walk and in a nice neighbourhood, so it's still a good location.
Cons: I wish I didn't have any complaints, as the overall feel of this hotel is nice, quiet and friendly. However, I did feel that our room was too small for a couple to stay in (and we've stayed in lots of European size hotel rooms over the years). As I mentioned, the staff did accommodate my mother who was travelling with us, who did have enough space for herself. Nevertheless, we could have used with more space in the upstairs room. But more importantly, we unfortunately could not sleep well because of the intense heat in the room at night. I was drenched in sweat both nights, even though we kept the fan (small, desktop size) on all night. Also, we could not keep the window open since I caught mosquitoes in our room the first evening and we could not afford to get bitten during the night. This hotel needs to install air conditioning and/or mosquito nets over the windows, because this room was not equipped to handle the heatwave the Netherlands got during the week we were there. Climate change is, unfortunately, forcing otherwise cooler countries to adapt to the hotter climate conditions. I think this hotel would be more comfortable in the summer once it can accommodate heatwaves, as it is otherwise a very pleasant place to stay (FYI, if travelling to the Netherlands during cooler months, the above comment is not an issue).
7.5 Good
Pros: The location, the modern and clean facilities and the 24 hour access to the free coffee/cappuccino machine.
Cons: The mattresses were too soft and uneven(hurt our backs) and the lack of variety and the amount of food on small plates at breakfast not what one expects for the price.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff very professional and helpful.
Cons: No air conditioner
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff . Quite neighborhood.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff at Casa Julia. The breakfast was excellent, especially the croissants! A lovely touch was flowers on the breakfast tables.
Cons: My room was very tiny, though well appointes! Fortunately I was on my own as two would never cope in the space. Also the location wasn't ideal partly because vehicles cannot use the most convenient bridge at present. There are no restaurants very close.
7.5 Good
Pros: Cosy place
Cons: Little far from the center
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and friendly staff
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff. Very clean rooms.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room (but expensive since the normal ones were fully booked). Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Location is great for visitors of the TU Delft and Royal Delft.
Cons: I did not like the breakfast very much. The cereal, toppings, and bread were not top quality, instead of butter I could find only margarine, eggs were overcooked for my taste. The coffee was good, though.
Overview Reviews
Many of Mainport’s sleek rooms offer facilities usually reserved for hotel spas, such as oversized hot tubs or private Finnish saunas. Regardless of which room guests choose, the informal eighth-floor Spa Heaven will be waiting, complete with its sultry Turkish steam room and rejuvenating hammam complex. Wide glass windows wrap around the waterfront building, allowing guests to see and feel the vibrancy of the inner harbor. Designer Feran Thomassen created the five-star interiors that make subtle nods to far-flung places, without forgetting that Rotterdam is the hotel’s ‘main’ port. In the quayside Down Under restaurant, for example, chefs offer a culinary world tour with a menu that includes everything from Argentinian steaks to Japanese sashimi. Add butler service, 600 square meters of flexible meeting space and a gold sustainability certification from Green Key, and you have a hotel worthy of its location in Europe’s largest port.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The property was really nice, loved the fact that it was near the harbor. We had an amazing view.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in room with sauna - which sounds like a gimmick but was really nice to relax before going to dinner. Room was a great size and views were fantastic. Bed was maybe the most comfortable ever! Cocktails at the bar were also great quality.
Cons: Found the staff at breakfast a little rude. And the 'champagne' seemed really cheap. When paying €30 for breakfast that seemed like a slightly insulting cost-saving for the hotel?!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful room, with a great view of the Maas river and the Leuvehaven (harbour), lots of boats passing by. Take a room with harbour view if you can! Walking distance from the Erasmus Bridge, and Kop van Zuid (Tip: Foodhallen Rotterdam). Also close to the shopping/restaurant area.
Cons: This is a 5-star hotel that seemed to be a bit understaffed at times. When we arrived, there was no one to assist with the bags for instance. But overall, we really liked the staff. The venue has a very expensive breakfast buffet (30 Euro), but someone on staff kindly pointed out there is also the ''small breakfast'' of 9 Euro: coffee, orange juice, croissant, fruit platter - good value for money. We had a great room, a bathroom with bubble bath and sauna, very nice. But the room did not have a separate WC, the toilet is in the bathroom, which closes with a sliding door (not really closed off).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean very modern and beautifully designed.
Cons: N/a
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: The hotel was nice but the staff was really unfriendly and not welcoming at all. Not the service you can expect/ deserve to get as a paying guest.
Cons: To our great shock and huge astonishment, we noticed after our stay the hotel charged our credit card with a 150euro smoking fee?! Really unaware of what this was about (not even smokers) we called the hotel for information, only to hear they discovered the fire alarm in our room has been covered and it ‘could only have been us’. Not only is this a complete false accusation + wrongly charging us money without permission or informing us, apparently they do their checks of the alarm systems not torough/ often enough, causing us to have slept in a room without a working alarm. After a lot of arguing they eventually refunded us the money, but put us on their ‘blacklist’ - for having nothing wrong. Would never want to go back. These are bandits.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location very convenient and close to the Rotterdam center. Hotel design was amazing and I like something they included in all floors, the ice maker with plastic cups ;) this was newly to me and a perfect thing to chill. Also, a very close secure car parking within 3 min walk and 24 hrs in very good price (21 € / day). Thanks to the nice receptionist lady for refusing to charged me the mini bar after hotel checked and I told her I’d took some staff, she said; done. Overall, my experience was fantastic however I have’t tried their room service.
Cons: Actually, I booked an XL 36m2 room and it seems that its away smaller than what I expected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything about the Mainport Design Hotel in Rotterdam is a thoughtful, and comfortable design experience. From it's location overlooking the historic harbor and adjacent to the Erasmus Bridge to position next to the Tram transit stop...is a well connected position in Rotterdam. My room was very comfortable and a high-design style. Service was excellent throughout, not stuffy or pretentious, but well mannered and accessible. Some 5-star hotels trying too hard to be exceptional, making the visitor feel like it's a privilege just being a guest. But I felt that the hotel and staff really are proud of their facility and are eager to share the good vibe with their clients.
Cons: Only getting to stay two nights.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, restaurant, staff
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Cons: The cleaning staffs entered our room two times before the check out time without knocking the door to check if the guests already check out. We felt disturbed. Additionally, when we booked the room, we asked for late check-out, at that moment, we got a yes from the booking team. However, we couldn't have the late check-out because the hotel did not register our request in the system.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, size of rooms
Cons: Over decorated, bit to dark
6.7 Good
Cons: Poor bar service- cleaned the room, took the towels but no replacement
9.2 Excellent
Pros: i like the modernity of the hotel. the door access, the bathtub with bubble massager plus the mirror with tv. The Interior of the room is also one you could like. The wellness room have nice overlooking view same for the transparent elevator.
Cons: the remote control for the tv in the bathroom is no working perhaps the battery needs to be checked. No complimentary water drinks included in the room. I did response a YES to a staff who emailed me suggesting the upgrade based on my request (higher floor, sea view). However, upon check in, only to realized i still have the city view and lower floor so there must be gap somewhere.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location and the ambience of the public rooms. I’ve asked about the stuff
Cons: Although the bathroom was well appointed it was uncomfortably small. The breakfast space was also rather cramped on full use and there were no hot savoury options.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location and the room for breakfast is very good. This is a very Nice hotel. It is close to market and train station. The staff is very nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. Really loved the breakfast and breakfast/sitting area!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upgraded to the apartment which was huge! Every comfort, lovely garden terrace. Thoroughly pleased with stay.
Cons: Everything was excellent.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Leeuwenbrug was the nicest, most comfortable and well thought out hotel in Europe that I've been in over ~50 years of travel. This includes those that have cost several times more (because they were charged to business accounts.) The tourist part of Delft, Oude Delft, is a physically small area. Because of the hotel location, we were able to walk everywhere conveniently. The hotel had been converted from an individual home and appeared to be newly renovated and very well maintained. The room was more comfortable and had more amenities than usual: electric beds with adjustable headboards that would go up and down, easily enabling reading while sitting up in bed; good lighting in every area of the room/bathroom; 19… yes, 19, not a typo… electrical outlets to plug in electronics; an electric kettle with in-room coffee/tea; an abundance of closet space with hangers; a desk with two comfortable chairs that were on wheels… I could go on, but won't. Breakfast, included in the cost of the room, went way beyond a "typical Dutch" one, with different kinds of meat, fish, cheese, eggs, breads and cereals, fresh fruit, juice, little boxes of chocolate sprinkles, warm crèpes with different toppings, good/real coffee and more. Staff, with one exception, were friendly and helpful. Strong suggestion: In retrospect, if I were to go in Amsterdam again… which we did, staying in a rented airbnb apartment for five days… I would instead stay at this hotel and make the fast and easy commute into the city. While the Amsterdam tram system is excellent, the commute time from our apartment (that bordered on Vondel Park) to most places in the city was just slightly less than the ride to Delft and back. The tranquility of Delft vs. the chaos of Amsterdam would be well worth it.
7.5 Good
Pros: There was a quiet, small and reasonably comfortable lounge area in the entrance with a small bar and a selection of newspapers and coffee table books for browsing and ideal for working on a laptop or chilling out. The breakfast was good with a wide selection to suit most tastes and the hotel was very well located in a quiet street very central to the railway station and all the main sites. There were facilities for tea and coffee making in the room.
Cons: The matress was very soft and gave no back support. I ended up taking the matress off and sleeping on the divan base. Not a comfortable night. The room was a bit dreary in terms of lighting and decor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The position of the hotel is just great. Close to the city centre and 10min from train station and tram stop. Breakfast was very nice and the room was spotless clean and comfortable.
Cons: The room and the bathroom in particular you is rather small.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were wonderful. The location is very good, quiet, but close to the plaza.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location was ideal (central), breakfast was tasty
Cons: The room was a bit small and worn

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Charming hotel on a nice plaza, good central location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Room overlooking plaza. Fan in the room. Superb location.
Cons: Air conditioning needed sometimes. Half breakfast option at half cost.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly. The location is the best in Delft. It is right in the center of Delft. The room was comfortable with a comfortable and large bathroom. The room was quiet though the hotel is in the center...
Cons: If you arrive with car, finding a parking place will not be easy. There is no free parking place belonging to the hotel. You can contact the hotel for an advise. I think the parking garage at Zuidpoort is the best option. It is about 4-5 minutes walk from the hotel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice staffs, downtown area of delft
Cons: No elevator, little bit far from TU Delft and the station by walk
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent. My only reservation: - I normally require 3 towels: face, body, hands. There were only two towels available and I had to use the same towel for face and hands. In addition, there was no foot-towel to step on upon leaving the shower. This is the very first time I encountered a bathroom without such towel. - It would have been nice to have body cream, shampoo and toothpicks, but this is not crucial. - During the entire stay there was only one teabag provided, of black tea that I do not drink. I am sure I could ask for more/different tea bags, but I don't like to ask. Normally there are at least 2-3 teabags of different kinds. - The lack of elevator made it a little more strenuous to get to and from the room, but the staff were very helpful with carrying my suitcase upon arrival and departure.
Cons: The room was spacious and quiet and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was very satisfying. The staff were super friendly. The location is excellent.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast and location
Cons: It doesn't have lift

Pros: Tradition, Interior, Location
7.1 Good
Pros: Beautiful historical building close to the sea front. Very interesting history and room design.
Cons: There are a lot of renovations going on that left the entrance and passage ways to our rooms very untidy and unattractive. We were not aware of this at the time we reserved the room. I do trust that when the renovations are completed that the hotel will proved the ambiance that it creates on the booking platforms.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place and great location with an outstanding view. The rooms are very spacious, clean and comfy. The beds are definitely above and beyond what you would expected! :) The pillows and bed sheets are absolutely amazing. :)
Cons: I was quite surprised that the hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot and you're supposed to pay for the parking quite an amount of money (imho). When you compare it to the the hotel facilities in general it should offer something more than this.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hisorical building
Cons: -/-

Pros: Breakfast was perfect. Quality of the dinner poor.
Cons: Choice of meals for dinner and quality of the meals.

Featured amenities include a computer station, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean.
Cons: There is no AC in the rooms and it was too hot to the point of being uncomfortable. I woke up all sweaty and it wasn't even warm outside (15ºC). So the windows were open all the time and with the cool air also came in lots of mosquitoes and loud noises (till 4am) because there are many bars next to hostel. I just couldn't sleep. By the time I left Rotterdam I was exausted and glad this torment was over. The kitchen is small and dirty. This hostel is also a cafe and when you arrive it's not very clear where the reception is. And because the cafe is open to the public there isn't a quiet place to just chillout. The only option was to hangout with the mosquitos in my bedroom (yay!).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great atmosphere: mix of bar/cafe and a hostel. And Netflix included!
7.5 Good
Pros: We love the staff, the service, the location and the good value for money.
Cons: We spent two nights in Rotterdam in scorching heat, and in this sense this hostel was the worst option because, apart from not having air conditioning, you can only open a small part of the window. We were told that for security reasons they could not open anymore. The fact is that the solution would not be too difficult if they placed a small grill outside the window. For this reason, I do not recommend this hostel during the summer, which is a shame, because the staff is super friendly, the atmosphere is extremely pleasant, as is the location and the price.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Personal attention, friendly and willing to help in everything that needed, quiet dorms spacious beds and comfortable large toilet clean, plenty breakfast, comfortable hostel and well located
Cons: The lack of privacy in the common area, because it is accessible to the bar costumers and all mixed, lack of cleaning in the kitchen and refrigerator...
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The position is very good ! you can take the tram just in front of hostel.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the museum district, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants in the street. Loved the two cats roaming around the hotel. Decoration is awesome, very artistic. Great little bar and nice terrasse
Cons: Would be nice if the rooms had air conditioning. Very noizy in the evening because of all the bars and terrasses in the street.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Best location
Cons: Small room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were lovely and the facilities were great! I loved the location of the property and the use of the laundry and kitchen was super helpful as well.
Cons: My bed was in a loft and on the 3rd floor and it was incredibly hot, however there was only one working fan in the room and it was hard to get it to direct in a way that made everyone comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I liked the welcome banana. That was really nice gesture. I liked that the whole hostel was furnished in king Kong style. A lot resting spaces with hammocks and pillows. It was good standard. Small kitchen for guests and free coffee and tea for breakfast.
Cons: Bathrooms were fine, clean, but there was no space to leave your stuff. Raven on the floor was dangerous, Couse shower water was everywhere. I think that for such a standard, it is the only but glaring lack. Oh, and there was noisy at the morning, but it was renovation somewhere ther outside.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is located in the perfect spot for bars and restaurants. The train station, the shopping area and the main square can be reached in few minutes by walking. The bike rental is right behind the corner. Common kitchen was always clean and you could safely store your food there. The staff was very friendly!
Cons: If you're looking for quiet this hostel could not be good for you because of the noise coming from the bars and restaurants in the street.

Pros: big room and clean Every thing is good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was very clean and easy to find. With is being next to the motorway/dual carriage way you were within easy reach of Rotterdam/Amsterdam. Our family room was located on the 8th floor with a great view for miles, very large accommodation with two rooms giving adults and children their own space. We ate in the restaurant on one of our nights and the food was excellent, as was our breakfast on both mornings with so much to choose from. The swimming pool on the 14th floor was a big hit and was not busy when we used it. The skybar is also very nice with beautiful views, wide variety of drinks/cocktails and friendly staff. Unfortunately the location of the hotel is not within easy walking distance of restaurants, bars etc, however, this did not bother us in the slightest as we had everything we needed within the hotel or a short car journey. We would highly recommend this hotel and thank you to all the staff who made us feel very welcome.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice looking rooms and hotel. Very good restaurant and breakfast.
Cons: Sauna was not turned on
8.3 Excellent
Pros: I really loved the place. It is a very nice one indeed. Staff are vey helpful and ammenities in hotel are wonderful. My children really loved the pool and the playroom. We were given small shampoo conditioner shower gel and also body loation bottles every day. Rooms are spacious, we had a family room with two connecting rooms and it was perfect for us. There is a mini fridge and a coffee machine in the room also. Breakfast was also great with a variety of food from bacon and eggs to wonderful pastries.
Cons: It is a little away from downtown dordrecht (about 7-10mins car but it is far away by foot). Doors of the room if opened in morning you cannot close before night time due to movements from the heat this results in the ac to stay at standard temprature set by hotel. Loads of spiders and cobwebs in the balcony.

Pros: Great vibe, beautiful venue with the gardens. Loved the interior decoration, vintage style, that brings out the beauty of the former function of the buildings and honours that history while bridging it with today. Sitting outside for a farm to table dinner was the best way of celebrating my birthday!

Pros: Staff, room comfort and location. Couldn't have hoped for better. Once I'd got my bearings it was so easy to get around on foot. Lovely big bathroom and bath robe. Plenty of pillows and big cushions. The reception staff were super helpful and housekeeping very obliging too. Plenty of choice at breakfast - there was even a sign in Reception so you could see when the breakfast room us busiest and quiet. Never seen that before at a hotel - great idea.
Cons: All fantastic, would stay again, without question. From the moment of arrival until departure a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.

Pros: The position is perfect, close to all major Rotterdam attractions. Bedrooms are nice and clean. The staff was very helpful. Fresh orange juice for breakfast is a plus.

Overview Reviews
A stay at Hotel Grand Canal places you in the heart of Delft, within a 10-minute walk of Nieuwe Kerk and Oude Kerk. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, multilingual staff, and luggage storage.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, 2 mins walk from the train station and 5 min from the main square in the centre and all other amenities. View on the canal. Pretty large and very clean room. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and available to help if needed.
Cons: The worst part was that it got super loud early in the morning. Some people were carrying out works in the next room and the drilling and other loud noises woke me up every single morning. The place feels more like a guest house or pension rather than a hotel. No particular facilities, no reception 24h, but it’s decent and perfectly located so it’s a good choice to stay in Delft.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, very clean, comfortable bed, private bathroom, large room with window, friendly staff
Cons: No lift, noisy (however ear plugs are provided) but I found it quiet after midnight
10.0 Excellent
Pros: location near to the town centre and close to the train station
Cons: sorry but the students where a bit noisy at night over the canal.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very picturesque. Lovely old building next to the canal and a few minutes from station. Nice room, excellent shower and comfortable bed. Air condition unit supplied because of the hot weather was very effective. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Too hot at night! Air con too noisy and open windows let in noise of sporadic passers by.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful. We stayed there for my sister's wedding, and they helped us in whatever way they could. They also allowed us to use the social area in the evening to continue celebrating after the official program ended. Our room was quite comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also nice.
Cons: While our room was comfortable because of the small AC (our stay was in the middle of the heat wave), I was surprised to find out that their bridal suite did not have an AC. That was really unfortunate when my sister was getting her hair/makeup done for the ceremony. Also, the common areas were very warm.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice comfortable rooms. Good location
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I had an air con in the room which I had not expected but it was very useful as the weather was unusually warm
Cons: I struggled a bit with the door lock which was an old fashioned lock.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice selection at breakfast.
Cons: a small problem upon our late arrival. Instructions from the hotel were not exactly as written. We could only get in as a guest happened to be leaving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect hotel, perfect breskfast and perfect apartman.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was supreme, 3 minutes away from the train station and it's 5 minutes away from the city centre. The room was really comfy. There were a kettle and Krups Nespresso coffee machine, which made my nights. I love drinking my own coffee on my hotel stays. The staff were really helpful, nice and always smiling. On our last day, we had a breakfast at the hotel and everything was so tasty. It seemed small but actually there were a lot of optıons, I liked the pancakes and homemade yoghurt the most.
Cons: The only things that I could say the wifi signal was very poor. It was almost impossible to connect from the room. The reception and the lounge area were ok to get a signal. I think if the hotel put an extender the problem will be solved.

Pros: Nice views from the room! Comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was good and location was very convenient - out-of-town but still close enough to the city centre for evening meals and sightseeing. We loved listening to the frog concert when laying in bed at night :-)
Cons: electrical sockets for chargers, fan etc were in short supply
7.1 Good
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Quirky accommodation. Food was good.
Cons: Interesting hotel but there was little bathroom privacy. Decor was a strange uncoordinated mix.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a great place to stay. Unusual converted building created an excellent room and bathroom which was spotlessly clean. The internet worked well even though you are in what is essentially a concrete tower. The views from the windows are great. We ate in the evening and had some excellent food which was served by exceptionally helpful staff. Breakfast was lovely with freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee and a wide selection of tea's. Would stay here again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quirkiness and views
Cons: The restaurant was closed on the night we stayed - which we knew - but no one was around to sell us some cold drinks which were advertised in the room as being available from reception.

With a stay at Hilton Rotterdam, you'll be centrally located in Rotterdam, steps from Old Luxor Theater and within a 5-minute walk of Stadhuis. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and express check-out.
6.5 Good
Pros: It is comfortable enough and reasonably well positioned but it really is just a bit bland and characterless. A hotel probably better set up to appeal to the business community ( to which to be fair I belong) rather than the independent traveller. I like Hilton's but the Hilton up in the Hague is so much better than this one.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic, very helpful. The location was great, only walking distance to everywhere. The front disk staff offered help with train tickets reservation and taxi pickup, they even negotiated the taxi fare for me. Lovely stay overall
Cons: The short stay! Should have stayed longer

Pros: This is in a great location for exploring Delft. All the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was also large and well air-conditioned. The breakfast included in the price is tasty and sustaining.
Cons: The hotel is clean and comfortable, but it is aging. It is also worth noting that there is a climb up some steeo stairs—if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you (staff very helpfully carry luggage, but you need to be able to walk the stairs).

Pros: Wonderful location on a quiet side street, yet just a few steps away from a lively part of town. Terrific staff who took as much time as needed to answer our many questions and assist us.

Pros: Wonderful authentic Dutch hospitality and historic building Location is excellent Breakfast: lots of choices Air conditioning in room was a lifesaver during unusually hot weather.

Pros: My third stay at the hotel. Love it.
Cons: Stairs very steep

Pros: The location was perfect, really wonderful staff. Rooms were furnished nicely, everything you needed was there.
Cons: There was an old bottle from the previous guests under the bed. Smashed dead fly on the ceiling.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: We stayed in the apartment attached to the hotel. It needs some love urgently to make it work as a good apartment. It's very ill equipped. Only 2 plastic kids character cups to drink from.... That sort of thing. Lots of minor repairs needed. A bit of rejigging and it could be a really amazing space. As is .... bit of a let down, comfortable enough, but in a good location. We only stayed for one night, at very short notice. So was fine. Staff at the hotel checking in etc were great.

Pros: Very charming old building
Cons: No elevator, lots of stairs to climb.
