Set in the heart of Dubai’s CBD (Central Business District), the Dusit Thani Dubai is a five-star gem that is a short distance from such sites as the International Convention Centre, Financial Centre Station, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, the City Walk Mall, the World Trade Center Dubai, and more. The famous Burj Al Arab Tower is around seven miles from the premises and the Dubai International Airport is a convenient six miles from the front door!

In addition to the premier amenities, the hotel also features a full-service concierge, a rooftop swimming pool, top of the line fitness facilities, a sauna and hot tub, indoor swimming pool, full business services as well as meeting and banqueting facilities, shuttle services (for a fee), a children’s play area, free parking, a tour desk and currency exchange, and laundry options. There are five eateries in the hotel, too and they range from the fun 24th Street specializing in Asian cuisine, Jones the Grocer international foods, Benjarong with Thai classics, and the Nippon Bottle Co. along with the Splash Pool Bar.

Pros (+) Great location Amazing views from my room on 21st floor. In fact I spent a lot of time sitting in front of the huge bay window lookin and the views and enjoying a coffee.
Cons (-) The pillows were not to my liking. There could have been a better selection of tea/coffee. In fact a coffee/espresso machine would have been great in the suite.

Pros (+) Good decent hotel, good overall. Excellent Staff, Breakfast Buffet was good, staff is very friendly all around. Plan on staying in Thailand in this hotel.
Cons (-) Rooms are good, slightly small but very comfortable.

Pros (+) I like the architecture, location and friendly staff o the this place. Combine them with the great price and you will surely be satisfied.
Cons (-) I wish they had a controllable Air conditioning system, it was a bit hotish. Also, the pillows weren't comfortable at all. I've stayed at 4 stars hotels in dubai that had far better pillows.

Pros (+) The hotel location, the architecture is nice. The rooms were very spacious, and we got a free upgrade to a one bedroom suite, which was very nice of the staff to do.
Cons (-) The gym and the pool seemed a bit odd, as a layout. The bathroom fixtures seemed a little outdated, but worked fine.

Pros (+) Excellent staff (concierge can answer almost any reasonable questions about Dubai), very comfortable room with all facilities that I wanted, good (though expensive) food.
Cons (-) Breakfast was excellent in quality and service, but price was too high. Hotel location is good, but due to multi-lane roads immediately north and west of the hotel, it was difficult to walk to nearby places like Dubai Mall (The hotel has shuttle service to Dubai Mall about four times a day.).
