Pros (+) Room was spacious & Luxurious. Comfortable bed, tv channel, kitchen was well equipped. Good and quick room service even engineer and iron board came very quick, Metro station very near.
Cons (-) Even after asking we didn't get a room with the road side view. It seems the staff at the reception is just unable to understand you. Like as if you are hitting a brick wall. No free breakfast for us as the webside messed us up. But Without that its too expensive at the hotel. There was a smell in our room which was coming from the kitchen pipes, it did get fixed. And the best for last. We had to ...

Pros (+) The breakfast was the best part.
Cons (-) The room smelled really bad. The staff were not friendly. Housekeeping didn't show up until 5pm. The carpet and flooring was dirty. The Internet for 24 hours cost 90 dirhams. I almost paid $110/night with taxes and fees. It doesn't worth it. You can find much better hotels with that price range.
