Pros (+) The location of the hotel is right near a Metro station with a great view of the Burn Khalifa and other high rises.
Cons (-) The bathrooms were small and dirty. Some staff members were helpful, and others were barely polite.

Cons (-) Bad staff and no management. Took 6 hours to get my room. Staff were running around and dealing with 5 customers at once. Staff told me to wait for 5 minutes while I check the room..waited for an hour to find out he was on break. Staff Named Ruban. Worst service and I will not be returning
