Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests had mixed experiences at this hotel. Many reviews highlight the staff as being helpful, friendly, and accommodating, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond to make their stay enjoyable. However, there were also several complaints about cleanliness, old furniture, malfunctioning air conditioning, and the presence of insects. Some guests found their rooms comfortable after requesting a change, while others were dissatisfied with the state of their rooms and facilities. The service stands out as the most consistently positive aspect, but improvements are needed in cleanliness and room maintenance.
